I am a small business owner. When a potential customer leaves a concerning review you address it directly. You should question a businesses integrity when they employ friends and family to offset negative reviews.

They're great! I had them replace a flat tire for me and they ordered the part quick, got the work done and even topped up my oil for me . When they ordered the new tire for me they did a lot of research and found me the best deal. They really put the extra effort in and that's something that not too many companies do these days. Definitely going to be a returning customer

Very honest and super reliable. Great atmosphere and clean shop. And I'm very happy to see they don't carry yamalube. Keep up the great work

Very honest and respectable business. The lady in the office is exceptional and provides outstanding customer service. And Andy is a fantastic mechanic. Hes knowledgeable and honest which is rare to find these days. I send all my friends and family here and they all say the same! Go to JAKS atv you won't regret it! :) and nope they dont carry yamalube. Lol
