Had rear wheel bearings changed. When I arrived, was greeted in professional manner. Alfie was informative, and respectable. Shared information to help keep better maintenance and didn't try to do the usual upcharge or replace a piece that didn't need to be replaced. He actually informed me that I didn't need them changed and wouldn't charge. He also did maintenances that I didn't ask for, and gave me tips. To top it off, everything was taken care of in timely manner. I recommend to all. Will be my main mechanic from now on.

Out standing customer service quick response, he looked over my bike for free and was very honest, since I took the bike there because it was a recent purchase he just did what it needed to be done. From now on will be my mechanic

Alfie seems like a really nice guy. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy vibe. Reasonable pricing on a rear tire and change. Got it done in 30 min. He also adjusted my chain and inspected my bike for free. Gave me some peace of mind and advice. Thanks. Will return. Update*** Round 2: Alfie fixed my high idle. Involved troubleshooting, spare parts, and finnicking. I was concerned I would be charged an arm and a leg! Not the case at all Alfie was very fair with me and went the extra mile to get the job done! I’m thoroughly impressed. I also appreciate that he took the time to explain the repair.
