Jamaican Jerk

I have seen this several times running errands, and today I was on foot so the smell instantly drew me in. The owner was very nice and quick getting our orders together. Since it was our first time, we stuck with a traditional jerk chicken, and we were not disappointed. The chicken was juicy, good flavor throughout, and fall off the bone tender. The sauce was the crowning glory to this chicken, not too much heat, but a good meld of flavors. Will definitely be back!

Fast and friendly service. Plantains were sweet and ripe, rice and beans were full of flavor and the chicken was delicious! Their flavors burst and its got just enough spiciness. My only complaint is that the skin on the chicken is too soft. Maybe that's the style. Probably just a matter of preference, but I prefer crispy and I removed most of it.

Purchased the beef patties. They were frozen and placed in the microwave. When he gabe to me they were ice cold in the middle. I almost puked. Brought it back to him, he thrunit back in the microwave and this time they were rock hard. I just thru them in the trash. How can a jamaican spot for one use frozen beef patties then throw them in the microwave? I also believe they were the ones from the dollar tree. Smh

Escovisch fish delicious, but small : Best rice and peas in portland. Perfect level of pepper! I can't wait to eat there again

Hadn't had a chance to eat here yet, but I don't plan on it now after the creep working there harassed and catcalled me as I walked by. Seriously unnerving and gross

The chicken was excellent! Flavorful and very tender.
