Really good highly recommended!... I thought everything was really good, but felt a weird feeling asking questions like I was asking too much but I was really interested try it!
This place is amazing. I got the incredible hulk. This juice has a perfect blend of greens and the Apple and dates add a perfect sweetness to it. I love this place bc they use real wholesome ingredients. There's no added sugars and I love that they use dates to sweeten their drinks up if needed. I moved here in Aug 2018 and this is by far the healthiest juice bar I've found.
Sadly I can't speak for their regular menu options. We all got their pear cider that was on special. Soon after ordering, it was clear that we were in for a treat. Grinding and smashing noises started coming from the trailer. The end result was not disappointing. Very fresh, very flavorful, 100% satisfying on a brisk fall morning.
When I came here for the first time, I was upset to see that the service is very lacking and the quality was less than the experiences told by my friends. I came across town and was looking for a healthy, green smoothie. When I ordered, the person who took my order seemed very disinterested in the questions I had about the menu, "Do you have a popular green drink? Describe that for me please" and so forth. It felt like he didn't want to be there, and that was disappointing considering how high the cost of the drink is, compared to other smoothie blend locations around town. When I got my green smoothie drink, I was disappointing to see it was OVER blended. It had a near-watery like consistency and bits and chunks of the ingredients. Every sip or so, I'd find myself chewing a peanut-sized something. I understand how it is working in the restaurant industry, catering to people, so I will try the alternate location next time I find myself in the area.
I just started going to this place on a daily basis. The black haired girl was coming out just as I arrived and rolled her eyes and stomped back in the cart. I said if she needed to take a break, I can wait. I was as friendly as a person can be. She said that she was going to get the chairs so no problem. Then made the most bland smoothie I have ever tasted. I was like crushed ice with a hint of flavor. A far cry from how it is normally made. Still had big chunks of banana in the bottom. It seemed like a clear jab to me. Well excuse me for trying to give you business. I wont do it again ever believe me. I just go across the street now. This isn't my first encounter with her. She has always been rude. The first time I went here she was angry and disgruntled which is why I didn't go back for quite some time. She also likes to put the drink up but not announce it at all and just leave me waiting. SICK OF THE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The bowls we ordered were so cold that we couldn't taste any particular ingredient. On top of that I got a serious allergic reaction because of an unlisted ingredient and when I called to see whether I was, in fact, eating something that would make me throw up for the next 4 hours, the dude said "yup. I can make you another one." WTF?! What if this was my kid who is deathly allergic to peanuts?! Will never go back despite the fact that I live less than a block away. Careless and irresponsible.
Love this local spot. Fresh ingredients and really good green juice.
I might be a little biased because 1. I love juice! and 2. my best friend works here, but damn Sip is terrific. From the decked out juice bus to the refreshing menu pro-tip: there is also SOUP! you will no doubt feel 10x more amazing on any rainy Portland day after visiting these guys. My favorites are the Hawthorne or Post Standard.
It’s cute, creative and I love their almond bowl but the açaí bowl has a pine cone taste about it. The only complaint i have is people seem snooty and judgmental, the staff is young adults who are umm I dont know what the word I’m looking for other than eye rollie. You’re in my neighborhood, and just a couple blocks away, so what if I just rolled out of bed, still in my sweats, hairs in a bun, that shouldn’t make your eyes roll and shoulders cold. It should make your smile big and your greetings warm I mean i wake up and think hmmm almond bowl sounds like a good way to start my day. So keep making those delicious almond bowls and if you can try to come up with some other ideas for bowls and I’ll keep thinking of your little juice bar when first thing when I wake up.
I called up Sip Juice cart to ask someone a simple question. The girl on the phone replied, "You're a robot." And hung up the phone on me. I find this to be extremely rude and unprofessional. This girl assumed that I was a recording by the sound of my voice. She did not ask me anything back, did not say hello, or in any way made sure that I was a recording line or robot?? I don't have any reason to ever give this place my money if they can't treat their customers like human beings.
