This Jamba juice location was my first ever experience with Jamba juice. I was pleasantly surprised, the customer service was swift & friendly. The actual chocolate banana juice with whey protein was phenomenal, really really yummy definitely will return for more lol

Just stopped in for the very first time and asked some good drink recommendations and didn’t get much feedback and the drink I ordered was not filled all the way to the top... about a whole inch was gone when she had made it and handed it out. I just think for $6.19 it should be filled to the very top.

The manager is great, she runs a great shop. I have been her regular Jamba juice customer since she was in South Salem. Now she is in West Salem, ever Jamba I have seen her run the employees work hard and are pleasant .

Horrible customer service. Order from there every other for my staff and family. The girls at this location were rude, disrespectful, and very very unprofessional. A banana is a banana fresh frozen it’s a banana. So no banana means no banana. Thank you!
