It's very professional and health-focused. I make appointments with Brittany and she does a wonderful job. Everyone there is really friendly and knowledgeable.

I've had massage by both Carey and Brittney. I went to see Carey when I was having hip flexor issues that my physical therapy wasn't helping much. She really helped and I managed to get through it over only a month and run the Chicago marathon! I also saw Brittney on the tail end of that experience and she was great. Customer service, professionalism, were all very good.

I have received massage therapy from both Stephanie and Carey. The music and lighting combined with great technique result in a great massage.

I love Lydia at James River Massage. She is so good at finding out about any issues I am having...listening and doing her best to help me. She is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had. The amount of pressure she applies is always exactly what I need. I currently see her every few months. Maybe 3-4 times a year...if I could afford it I'd go every month. We try to take advantage of different specials they offer around the holidays etc and buy a few at that time. I highly recommend James River Massage!

Brittany is so awesome with massage! I have been a client since late 2011. I have a lot of neck, shoulder and back tension and she gives me relief. I would highly recommend her for therapeutic massage or even just a relaxing massage she is the absolute best!
