Overpriced non isolated rooms. I have rehearsed in other locations with same or even better equipment for almost half of the price. 40 dollars an hour is just insane.

great variety of space size and price range. staff is helpful but usually only one person at front desk. some rental equipment (especially drums) is beat up, but that's to be expected .

I've been rehearsing at Jamspot in Somerville for a couple of years and every time I've been there has been great. It has everything you could need for bands of any kind. Living in the densely-populated city can make it difficult to find a place for a drum kit. Jamspot offers an extremely convenient solution. Their rooms are kept up nicely and the staff are very helpful. I would recommend Jamspot to anybody looking for a clean, efficient, and fully-stocked rehearsal space around Boston.
