Music Mill Rehearsal Space Studios and Complex

The Music Mill Rehearsal Complex is truly a hidden gem. I didn't even know this place existed, but discovered they have been around for over 25 years apparently operating several locations. The building is clean and well kept. With the monthly rehearsal studio rental comes easy load-in with loading docks, freight elevators, and all utilities all-in for 1/2 what we were paying at the place we just moved out of. Honestly, the reason we came here was because we had heard about how secure the complex was from other bands, and feared for the safety of our equipment in the place we just left, and never wanted to leave our stuff there which was a pain breaking it down after every rehearsal. I can say honestly here you will never worry because there is several overlapping layers of security and everything managed pretty tightly. Apparently sometimes there may be a little delay before you get placed if like us you are looking for a long term monthly rental. I think this is because they are in hot demand, but well worth the wait for the reasons described especially if you have ever rented anywhere else!

This is the rock of rehearsal space and best known for always being secure and clean and huge rooms. Rehearsed here in many different bands, and always keep coming back and referring everyone here because of the professional management and affordable price. Plus it is easy to get to.

Lol. Just called now to be told that this location is too far from Chelsea where I live and it's not the place for me. Unbelievable , customer service at its worst!
