Excellent Service. We have a lot of apartments and these guys keep us pest free! Steve, our technician, handles every customer concern as if it were his own, taking the time to listen. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things and answer any questions! He is always respectful and careful of the tenants' personal belongings. I appreciate that as a manager. Janssen has been our pest control provider for 10+ years and I look forward to many more! I would definitely recommend them.

Don’t use this company. They over promise and under deliver. They do mediocre work and don’t stand behind their promises. There were many things they said they would do, and didn’t. They took my money, I still have a problem and they want to charge me more. Do not trust these people!

We have had a great experience with Janssen! We had a tricky ant situation, and they were beyond helpful and not bothered when we asked them repeatedly to double check things. Our bug issues are gone, and we now have a great go-to company for any and all pest issues we may have - but I doubt we will because they have taken great care of us!

They are great to work with and our technician Shane is great to work with. We had some bug and rodent problems when we moved into a new building and they were able to get us taken care of right away.
