Miller Pest & Termite

The service I have received from the actual exterminators has been excellent. However, it was not explained to me (ever) that I was under a 1-year contract. I’ve looked over my paperwork that was given back to me after the first appointment and I don’t see where it states that. I also have never been informed prior to each appointment when they are coming. It is always different days of the month. Because they come on random days bi-monthly, I never know when to expect them to be there. Overall happy with the service itself. Extremely dissatisfied with the “contract” that was not discussed in my first session whatsoever. I’m not typically a person to post a negative review as I like to give businesses (especially small ones) the benefit of the doubt. I’m furious and unfortunately am going to have to just deal with the consequences, that again, were never explained from the beginning. Editing this to state I do now see where it says it’s a one year contract, HOWEVER the technician filled out the form for me and told me where to sign. Nothing is in my handwriting but the signature itself. I find it pretty distasteful and feel as though I was conned into something that wasn’t discussed. I admit I should have read the paperwork, but it also should have been discussed verbally. Would still recommend for the service itself.

We get the same technician every time. They call the day before to ensure we'll be available. Our technician knows our property, and our needs. He treats us like his personal client. We've been clients of Miller for over a decade at three different houses. They come at regularly scheduled intervals, but also come anytime between those intervals if a need arises.

I have had the service so far for 8 months and am very satisfied, thus far. I called because I found mouse droppings in the 100 year old + home I had recently moved in. I love having the exterior of my house regularly serviced and knowing that I can call anytime to have a Miller exterminator spray the inside of the home or set traps if problems arise. They even clean your cobwebs for you. I've seen only 2 spiders since I began the service.

Miller Pest & Termite has been great to work with. Our company has been with them since Oct '17. The guy who comes out and does our facility is always great about stopping into the office to let someone know he is here to do his inspection. He is great about asking if we have any concerns we need to let him know about. We are very pleased with Miller!
