Jason has done a remarkable job for my husband who is having both mobility and weight issues. He treats Steve as if he were family, so personally dedicated and caring. Baby steps now, but at least for the first time EVER, my husband is going forward and not backward - eager to do his "homework" between sessions. I’ve had the privilege to train with Jason Smith for over nine years and it’s with great pleasure that I’d like to share some thoughts about his expertise and professionalism. Nine years in, every workout is still solid and I always leave feeling like I accomplished something. Jason possesses a large fund of knowledge of body mechanics, proper weightlifting form, nutrition, and different exercise protocols. Not once in nine years have we repeated the same workout, and not once in nine years have I felt that Jason was just “calling it in” – he’s always completely present, focused, and undistracted during the workout. During an exercise, he’s constantly providing feedback and correction, often involving subtle adjustments in posture or form that make a big difference in the effectiveness and safety of an exercise. If a particular exercise isn’t going well because of soreness or structural issues, Jason is able to easily and quickly swap it for another exercise that gets around those issues. People go to athletic trainers for various reasons, and from personal experience I can attest to the fact that if you have goals and are willing to work toward them, Jason is an excellent coach and trainer. If you are ready to commit and work hard, he can help you immeasurably.
Jason is an amazing personal trainer with a great facility. He is extremely knowledgable and passionate about what he does. He designs a program for you and adapts to your needs, which was exactly what I was looking for in a PT. I can't recommend Jason and his associates highly enough.
My experience at Jason Smith Fitness has been great! I am already seeing the results after just a few weeks. It is nice to learn the proper techniques and how to train properly. It has been worth the investment and I highly recommend Jason to anyone.
