Had the scariest experience here!!! I had come in to get my lashes done and the women who was working on them smelt like alcohol. She made my lashes look dramatic after I had said I wanted them to look natural. Then she tried ripping them off when she had a lash removal oil the whole time. My eyes were burning too, I believe she had alcohol residue on her fingers. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but definitely the reason I have found a new salon I trust. She is not Jessie but a middle-aged women. She was very weird. She clearly will not be looking out for your safety or cares enough to do a good job so don't run the risk of trying her out.

The best in the business and has the personality and talks to you while she does the best work on your face or waxing very nice lady named Jesse did a wonderful job on my eyebrows and did everything what I asked her to do and more

I don’t know what’s happening here but I came here for the 9th time to get my brows done and I’m not satisfied with it. I’m supposed to come back in 2 weeks to get them down for free but they’re going downhill in my book. It was good in the past but now, I’m not satisfied with the results. I won’t be coming back here to get my brows done again.

I really wanted to like them, but if I can get back all the money from all the times I went there I would instantly. 3 times they made me waiting to do my eyebrows while it was empty. The first time she went to the back to talk to her assistant and kept telling me to wait basically until they finished their conversation. The second time their Internet provider stopped by and instead of taking care of business she took care of her Internet first and had me waiting for over 30 minutes. At that point I wanted to walk out but I couldn’t because I really needed to get my brows done. The third time she was too busy taking down decorations from a holiday when I could’ve easily been put on pause for 10 minutes and then gone right back to it. I WAS NICE ENOUGH TO EVEN TIP WHILE I WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF PROPERLY. I would not recommend this place to family friends anybody. Save your time and money. Go to star threading salon on 74th and 3rd. She will give you the proper service. But Jessie’s salon I would give it no stars if I could.

If you want your eyebrows to be threaded professionally Jessie Eyebrows Salon is the best place to go. The salon is beautiful and calming it is such an amazing experience. Everything is cleaned and sanitized I definitely recommend. The employees definitely know how to do eyebrows. I am very happy with the service.Services: Eyebrow threading

$45 for the worst case of pink eye I’ve ever had. I can’t even open my eye. do not come here for eyelash extensions.Service: Eyelash extensions

I’m so extremely disappointed and frustrated at the experience I had here today. In the past - the owner has always done my eyebrows and today I let the other woman do them - and she quiet literally cut and ripped huge chunks of my eyebrow out. I’m middle eastern and have very full eyebrows and just need a cleanup and never do anything extra. After she was done - she didn’t have the decency to even admit what she did. She said oh - no I didn’t - then I showed her a photo I had just taken minutes prior with my son who was with me and she said - oh no you have makeup here. Then I showed her this is time stamped from now - minutes ago. And I would not let up and then the owner came over and apologized and said “sorry but I can’t do anything about it. I see what she did and I’m sorry but what can I do?” - what a horrible and horrific experience. Do NOT let her touch your eyebrows. Zero skill and zero accountability. She didn’t even have the decency to apologize even after the owner apologized for her.

The service here is really personalized and great! The owner Jesse is wonderful and skilled. Always been a smooth experience for me and I haven’t looked any further after finding this place!
