Jay's Septic Services

First time I have dealt with a septic system. Called Jay's and they were very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Couldn't ask for a better outcome for a first time. Will call again for other needs in the future.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Contracted for a monthly porta-potty rental with weekly cleaning. Having a bathroom renovation done. Unit was dropped off on July 27 (it's now Aug 9). Despite calling 3 times, we still haven't had the unit cleaned. Even bathroom contractors have commented that the unit is "ripe".

If i could give them 0 stars I would. Our company needed Porta johns for a job site. Set up was easy with no problems. I was notified by my Field Supervisor on site, the Porta Johns would need to be cleaned twice a week. I had called for a week and even spoke with the office manager about needing them cleaned twice a week. My workers were pooing in filth due to them taking over a week to get this request honored which ended up resulting in a safety violation for my company. When I received my invoice it was double the cost due to poor explanation on their part. I spoke with the lady in accounts payable, she was less than friendly and at one point went on to insult me. I will not use them again and wish i would have read the reviews prior to using this company. I am glad to see that i am not the only one that has had issues with their customer service. Beware when using them.

Just had my septic pumped great service in the office and man that pumped my septic would highly recommend this company

We own a wedding barn in Holly Mich and used Jays septic since 2013. We recommended our brides rent their porta lisa (portable trailers) from Jays exclusively for their wedding ceremony / receptions over the specified years and had little to no problems ever. Jays was professional...they did the deliveries and pick up in a timely fashion and units were all we expected. This year however of our 7 weddings thus far we have had 4 weddings with issues...all necessitating our time and effort to resolve. Owners answer "bad luck" and sorry about your luck...no compensation for the brides/grooms. My only thought...the representative, Matt, whom we always dealt with in the past left the company. Outside of that this is not a customer oriented company any longer. Hire at your own risk. One star because I had to.
