Cheyanne was so patient and very helpful. Told us they would be here within the hour, and they were here within 20 minutes. Aaron was fast, efficient and friendly. Thank you for helping out this nervous wreck!

This company is knowledgeable- friendly- genuinely desired to save us money! They saved us thousands over the competitors. Highly recommend them and trust them as a company completely! Adam R.

When we called to request service (for my senior citizen parents), we told them we didn't know where the septic tank was located. They told us there would be an additional $50 fee for them to locate and dig up the tank, and we agreed to pay the additional fee plus the pump service . When they arrived, they weren't able to find the septic tank and charged my father $75 and left! Poor customer service, especially to charge an elderly couple for services they couldn't provide! Would have been more than happy to pay them gas money.... but $75 for someone living on a limited income is rediculous! Now, they have to pay someone else to come do the job this company didn't do.

Ball Septic has been taking care of us for 10+ years. Whenever I was in a pinch with [4] kids and disaster they made us priority. Now I give them as much advance notice as possible and they still optimize routes to do the job as quick as possible. Thanks guys!
