A & B Sewer & Septic Tank

I am not sure what is going on with this company but I had an appointment scheduled for noon-2pm. They never showed up. I called them multiple times and the person that answered the phone couldn't even tell me if my appointment was in fact today. I am very disappointed and do not and will not recommend this company to anyone. Charlie called to apologize for the issues today. He seems like a great guy! Hopefully they will get receptionist that are more helpful.

Kept getting a busy signal and when I finally got to the holding line there was hung up once, dropped 5 seconds after someone said hello and gave up after waiting for a long time listening to the same song the third time.

Charlie is great! Professional, knowledgeable and as a bonus he’s also hilarious:) A & B do great work.

I have used Charlie Taplin and A & B Sewer and Septic many times. They connected a sewer on 1 property and installed and new drain field on another property. Everything went great. I now use them every 3-4 years to pump my septic system. I have recommended them to all my friends, and those who have used them have also been happy with A & B. A++++ company and a pleasure to work with.

Arrived on time and he was very polite and professional. He estimated 1/2 hour for the pumping, and was right on par.
