Ron and James were the best! They dug out both tanks and cleaned them beautifully. They have such a great attitude about doing a great job. They cleaned up the worksite and replaced the dirt and sparse grass to a better than original condition. I would highly recommend this crew!

Kelly did a great job in helping me get the work scheduled and expedited it! Jon came out with the truck and was awesome to work with. Was able to change his schedule around working with Kelly and made it happen for a little emergency that we had over here! Really knows his business! Would highly recommend this company over and over again and I’ve been using them over the years. They are just awesome to work with thank you so much.

My kitchen sink was backed up so I called my plumber. When I told him my problem, he recommended your company and said you were the best at resolving drain issues. I then called you on Sunday afternoon to simply leave a message, hoping I could get on the schedule for Monday. To my surprise , I got a live person who very politely and confidently said I’d be contacted within an hour, and she was correct. Technician Ryan contacted me and asked a few questions to clarify my issue and said he’d see me the next day. Ryan proved himself to be an excellent representative of the company, as he was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, clearly explained what he was going to do and educated me on ways to prevent this from happening again. Ryan shared how much he enjoys what he does and this was obvious in his work. He took a lot of pride in the job he did for us. Thank you to West Michigan Septic Sewer Drain Service. I was very pleased with the availability of their services and when they came out they were knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately I needed more work that my technician could do on his own but he was able to get some folks out that afternoon to finish the job. They all took time to explain the issues, provided me with options and made recommendations for the future. I felt very much like they were honest and trustworthy.

This was my first experience with West Michigan Septic and Sewer and I couldn't be more pleased. They communicated with me when they were on there way and once they arrived they were finished and out of here in just over an hour. Jon was great! He left my yard just how he found it! I called in the morning, and the polite lady on the phone let me know someone would contact me shortly. Within an hour someone called me and they were out to the house within a couple hours. Luke did a fantastic job and was very polite and knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job!. For an inconvenience of having a drain clogged with roots, they made the process of getting it fixed a breeze! Thank you for your wonderful service!

The man that pumped our tanks was very experienced and knowledgeable and friendly. He pumped both tanks out to the bottom. Excellent work. The office scheduler was pleasant to work with and they got the job done in a very timely way. I would definitely recommend this company. We will call them again the next time that we need to pump our tanks.

Very pleased, he had to clean out main sewer line to street. There is no way without the right equipment for the job and a service man who knows his job. An average service person would not be doing this job! Great Job
