There is no way the recent positive reviews are legit. Prior to being bought by Bowlero, this place was fantastic. Since being bought, everything has declined drastically, and they will lose leagues moving forward. The lanes aren't properly cared for and wreck balls less than 2 months old see pictures below. The floors and furniture are nasty and busted. Tonight, the ceiling looked like it could fall on us. They couldn't even provide hand soap for several weeks in the restrooms. Prior to the buyout, the food was awesome. Current food is basic and ridiculously overpriced, as most mentioned below. Alcohol sales at this price should be illegal. The staff are the only good thing about the place. Plenty of better alleys to take your family, your talents, or even get food and drink. Take your business literally anywhere else.

Very impressed. We had a reservation for the suits, we were able to get in on time and enjoy our adult beverages and food. Hawaiian pizza and loaded fries were pretty good, but I’d pass on the chicken tenders. The adult cocktails, were beyond amazing. The atmosphere was loud but to be expected on a Saturday evening. The staff was Johnny on the spot when help was requested when the balls didn’t return. Honestly the only bad thing was the bathroom situation… not too many stalls for the amount of people the place can hold. I would absolutely come back here again, but make sure you Make a reservation- I highly doubt you would get in as a walk in.

Things have changed... For the worse. My buddies and I came here a lot over the years. I barely recognized JB's tonight; the menu changed, prices are higher, and they have strict security. First, the arcade games have changed and have become more expensive. I collected almost 20,000 points on my card, saving up over time. They told me they have a new system and that my points are not available. This cost time and money to collect and there's 0 reimbursement? The food was disappointing as well. Our dainty orders were an insult to the fact that they hide the prices from the menu. Food is overpriced and a rail drink is 12 DOLLARS. A cherry bomb was ELEVEN DOLLARS! A crazy price to pay for a few hours of leisure. Needless to say I will not be back anytime soon and I am hoping that when I come back I can transfer my points from my old arcade card. What a disappointment.

We threw my wife’s party at JB’s, Chris was our host and acting GM. He did a great job in taking care of us. Food was good, facility was perfect for our group. The staff was prompt and all very nice. We had 13 people and were very comfortable with the 2 lanes. I would recommend this place for a bowling party! He told us there is going to be a remodel this next year, and am looking forward to seeing the updated.

Tried this bowling alley for the first time and really liked it. The bowling area is comfortable, they also have additional seating for enjoying your food away from the lane. The food selection is nice and no complaints on prices. The employees who helped were awesome as well. Definitely will be returning. They were out of food items but the curds were pretty good.

Bowlero is literally pricing out it's customers. I will not be coming back. I understand we are in a recession and price of everything is going up. The prices that bowlero is now pushing with the acquisition of JBs is ridiculous. 5.39$/ game for non-prime hours on days. 5.69$/shoes. No game specials. No food specials. The price of pizza has also gone up 5$. 2$/wing laughable. The cherry on top, they have security now. Get outta here dude. Nothing against JBs, you were great I loved coming but bowlero just pushed away a loyal customer. I recommend searching for bowling in oak creek or south Milwaukee.

Just did a birthday party for my daughter here and i must say i am truly appreciative of the management and staff! I had a small issue with the security guard when walking in and although he created a negative beginning experience the management and staff stepped into over drive to make us feel welcomed and to apologize for something they didn't even do! My daughter our family and her friends had a BLAST ....we will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality and a good time ! PS. the food here is GREAT!!!!!

I love the fact that the management was so positive and the experience there was a pleasant one staff wasn't negative at all and it was fun to bowl there

GREAT Changes! We have come here for NYE for the past 2 years now and we could not say enough great things about how smoothly everything ran this year as well as the customer service. I was skeptical to book again this year given last years experience but we were so happy that we did! Everyone was phenomenal and attentive. We had a party of roughly 20 with kids and adults and it went off without a hitch. Thank you!

Employees are very kind and generous! Chris helped me out and answered every question I asked. Sarah the bartender has great customer service skills. The mechanic fixed the bowling machine extremely fast. I think Alex was the one who helped me at the front counter and he was very nice. There are more employees that helped but those names are all I remember.
