I was having trouble getting on base to volunteer for Toys for Tots and the visitor center was closed. And another problem was that my name was not on the volunteer roster so I could not get on if I wanted to so I have to email several sargents to get so clarity about the volunteer process and how works. They also need my insurance card and registration and license to get on base. This is too much for one day! Wow!

They have wrong information in there CPU all the time. It's annoying.

They lost my Drivers License.  Went in to get a pass.  They asked me for my Driver license, insurance info and registration.  Went to car to get my car info.  Came back in and my Drivers License was gone.  The clerk was helping someone else when I came back in and gave my license to the guy he was helping.  Never got it back and had to lose a days pay to spend hours at MVA.

Check in at the visitor center is a total cluster have your stuff ready for your walk in we were there two and a half hours just to get on the base still a little bit of work on freaking real
