THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! I have a very old mortise lock that needed new parts/repair and they helped me troubleshoot this thing for 2 hours and made sure that I left with a working lock! I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs help with locks! They really care about their customers and know their business. THANK YOU!!
I've tried and tried several ways to do business with JBL for a small residential job and they either don't care or don't have the staff to answer emails or return phone calls. Very disappointed.
Always seem to have whatever lock parts I need in stock.
