It’s holiday season the workers are rude it took 4 people and 2 markers to make sure a $100 dollar bill was Real! While we waited for Ana the manager to have a family reunion. We can do without JcPennys! Another store on its way out! Customer services sucks! Shop online. Time to update the store or GO!

I tried to return pants with the tags on and the receipt and found out you can only do returns for 60 days so they would not give me my money back or a gift card. They wanted to give me $9.99 back, which is half of what I paid. Too many rules not enough time to return. I will not be shopping there anymore.

Jewelry department is absolutely racist. Waited over 20 min to be helped and white helped white dancing circles around me. The lack of respect and decent human being to work here is non existent. The judgement, to be openly ignored, to have them look you in the eyes and knowingly skip you. This demonstrates JCPenney core motto.

I was happy they contacted to see if I could do an earlier appt. Stylist listened to my needs on everyday wear and made smart recommendations without being pushing or judgemental.

Cashier Diane in the mens department was extremely rude and considering. Signage for sale items was confusing and misleading. The store was not well kept. I have always loved shopping here but this was the worst trip ever.

Wrong pricing on boots, staff short with customers. Definitely not buy a pair of boots, get 2 pair free. Misinformation ads! Shame on JCPenney , you have a better reputation.

Love this store. The people that work there are very nice. The clothing selection is great. I love the optical department sō sō much. Amber is such a sweetheart and always helps my husband and I when it's time for us to get new glasses.

My son is starting College. We got him a nice wool-like sport coat that will dress up jeans and better, a Sports Illustrated track suit suitable for campus days or the Dunkin Donuts on Atwood Ave in Johnston, and, we also got a good pair of shorts, and a classic blue stripe Oxford shirt.. $203. The staff were all pleasant and helpful and the store looked great.

Dirty.. Definitely need extra help cleaning dressing room and putting items back. Marg in make-up beauty section was amazing though and she gets 5 stars

Ordered a sweater online. They sent me jeans instead. Went into the store to exchange or refund. They would not refund me my $8.00 shipping.
