Love Macy’s! Always find great deals, quality & selection. Today was sneaker day. I bought the Nike’s with the pink stripe.

We came from out of town and came through Macy's to the mall. We first stopped at the Toys R Us department on the upper level. It brought back some great memories for me and my family. And took pictures with Geoffrey the giraffe

Clean, easy to get to, being that this one is located in the Warwick Mall, so there is always ample parking. The woman at the perfume counter was extremely helpful in finding the perfume that I had been looking for. I like the fact that there is also a Starbucks located in this Macy's. Lots of selections, and usually whenever I need something and check to see if it's in stock, this one usually ha what I am looking for in stock. Good sales, and friendly staff.

The perfume department is not even worth 1 star. They literally played me. The lady charged me for a gift set and only sold me the cologne for the price of the set, told me receipt was in the bag. When I gifted the cologne and the person opened the box it was just the cologne not the set. So I was charged for a set and only got cologne the lady also told me the receipt was in bag. I left the cologne in bag as is til I gifted it to person which was when I noticed she only sold me the cologne and charged me for the set. I called the store and got nothing but attitude from manager I wasn’t even calling to get a dollar back or anything just to report the incident and she spoke to me in such a way smh I would never go back there. So make sure to check what you purchase from the fragrance department before u walk out the store

Associate #71115670 in the pickup customer service gives me racist vibes. Whenever my family and I are serviced by her, her demeanor completely changes compared to other people. I do not get what we did to her but I hope this is looked at by the manager because this makes our experience suck and sadly, this is the nearest Macy's to us so we have no choice but to see her all the time.

Well stocked, there was a sale, so it was super busy. Hardly any sales representatives on the floor to help, especially in the shoe department. Layout of the store is good. Lots of product to choose from.

Whoever the associate #71115670 is in the customer service/pick up woman is. She is so rude. I dread using any of their services here because of the way she treats myself and others. I do not know what her problem is but she needs to respect others and treat everyone the same. This has been an ongoing problem and I hope they start getting employees that are at least nice.

Entrance doors not handicap accessible. Fight to get in and out. Very narrow isles. Difficult to navigate in wheelchair. Prices are O.K. difficult to find an associate in cosmetic department. In no rush to go back there.
