Jefferson County DHHR

I really appreciate all the help they offer and I understand they can feel overwhelmed with all the cases and situations that the have, but they can be little more friendly. They always in a bad mood. There's people smoking all the time even when it has a sign saying not to smoke around there.

Point you in the right direction if they can not help you there and the staff are pleased and easy to talk to can't help

Compared to Berkeley County, this place is awesome! Everyone I've interacted with has been very pleasant and helpful. I've never had someone get rude with me here. No pick a number and wait all day here. Anytime I've been here, there have only been a handful of people waiting and everyone usually gets called within an hour.

I really can't say enough about this place they help you out as long as you have the income to be helped out with thank you
