Jeffersontown Police Department

J-Town officers do a fantastic job. Rating them anything less is a crime in and of itself in my opinion. The officers place their life on the line everyday and their families never know for sure if they will return home until the door opens at the end of their shift. I take very serious exception to anyone that thinks the service they provide to the citizens of J-town is less than a 5 star rating or has critical comments to make regarding what they do and how they do it. They are always professional and courteous. Their job is to uphold the laws and keep of safe at night. These men and women are domestic heroes and deserve more credit than they receive. These people jumped to it when my daughter went missing at the festival. We had 30 cops in a matter of minutes searching and they found her. I love these men and women. They were so kind and understanding and loving.

The J-town officers are awesome. They have a difficult and dangerous job keep law abiding citizens safe. I trust and respect them and be it known I will always have their 6!

I'm am all about the police and the thin blue line my Uncle retired from J-town as well as a couple good friends. I used to think y'all were good guys. But I guess people who drink to much don't deserve the same treatment you would give someone who doesn't drink. Twice this week, a P.O.S. druggie beat up a woman and spit on an 8 year old child because I called the cops on some young men who live in the same apartment complex yesterday, she had a bloody nose and marks on here but they still didn't arrest him "because they didn't see it" Well of course you didn't see it you don't like going where most people are on section 8 because they are "trouble". But if it was someone you cared about you and I know you would of arrested that black P.O.S. He is going to end up killing someone and I can honestly say I'll be suing the police dept. and J-town for not bothering to do your job!!!! It should not take an hour for someone to respond to a call that is 3 minutes from your station. Thank you Sincerely Shawna
