They were there super fast and the driver was extremely nice and I felt comfortable. I had almost 50 miles to go so it was nice having a pleasant ride. It was expensive but I haven’t been towed in over a decade so don’t know if that’s the going rate or not.Services: Local hauling

Our car wouldn’t start and had an odd error message. I called the dealer and they said to have it towed to them. Jerry’s towing sent someone right away. The gentleman they sent was so friendly and kind. He suggested we try jump starting it first. That worked and he talked to my husband about the car, battery, etc. I would 100% recommend them.Service: Battery

I needed to be towed from the bottom of my sisters driveway to the top of the driveway about 1 mile and due to snow and hilly driveway my car wouldn't make it. They charged us $350.00 just for that which is absolutely insane. Thankfully the tow truck driver Jon was EXTREMELY great and just solely based on HIM- I wish that RIDICULOUS amount of money went DIRECTLY ALL to Jon. I would NEVER use this company again due to their insane prices, but would use them again SOLELY due to Jon's professionalism!

Spoke with gentlemen over a company truck that had been towed from hotel parking lot. Though I found price that I was charged to be extremely inflated considering what it was, the guy handled my call with respect and broke down the rates and was polite and courteous to my frustrations. For that alone, I feel this place runs an honest, well-sorted business.

This’s the worst towing company I ever work with. My truck went out off the road and got stuck in a ditch between the highway 94 w. I called them to pull me back on the road. They didn’t want to give me estimate, they told me I will pay them after the work is done and they will charge me hourly. It took them 10 minutes or less to pull me back on the road and they charge me $4890. I wouldn’t recommend anyone. They don’t even deserve one

Steve was very nice. He got the vehicle unlocked in short order and even wrote out a paper receipt for me because I don't do the online stuff. He is an asset to Jerry's towing. Thank you guys at Jerry's towing.Service: Car lockouts

Kendra came out and went way beyond to complete the process…. Needing a special lug nut remover she went back to the shop to retrieve the part and came back in a short time frame!!! How awesome was that!!! Best service I have ever had!!!Service: Tire change

I was stuck on the side of the interstate, and my insurance roadside assistance was absolutely no help. My husband was in the ER having a heart attack. I called Jerry's and they sent Ric White out to help me. He hauled my car to their automotive shop and once he found out they couldn't work on it until the next day, he called and the owner found somewhere else that could fix it immediately, then he took myself and car there.
