Overall great experience renting our wheelhouse from them! Anna did an amazing job from the moment we started the process until we dropped it back off. She did an excellent job going over all of the options we had during the rental and answered questions quickly. Was driving to the twin cities to look at another travel trailer. Just so happened to pass outlet recreation and decided to give them a try. I Showed up just before closing time due to the long drive I had. Craig was extremely helpful, stayed after closing, and answered every single question I had. Craig help walk me through the entire buying process and was always available to help. He made sure all of my needs were taken care even after the sale and made the process an absolutely phenomenal experience! Craig also made me feel like I was an actual person to them not just another number. I without a doubt recommend outlet recreation to any person who is looking to buy and definitely ask for Craig.

First time working with Outlet Recreation and I'm super impressed. Great communication with our sales person on the purchase of a clean Manitou Pontoon. They let us store the pontoon for a few weeks until our lake home was ready for it and even let us borrow a trailer to get it there. Before picking it up, the service team at Outlet Recreation cleaned everything up nice and made sure the boat was operating at 100%. They noticed that the wrong battery was installed and replaced it at no charge. They also got all of the electronics working properly. A few weeks after purchasing, they sent us a check for $19 because we had paid a little too much for the state transfer fees. It is nice to know they were honest about it and made the effort to refund the overage. Will definitely check these guys out in the future when looking for the essential Minnesota lake and camping equipment. :

am on my 3rd ice castle and have enjoyed each one, camping and fishing a true year round family enjoyed purchase. We did not ever have any issues with the 1st 2 but the current one had a few issues that came up and that Ice Castle and Outlet Recreation in Clearwater resolved for me and I couldn't be happier, they both stand behind their product and they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you both and we will be in touch when our needs change and want to update again.

I had some work done on my fish house which is a 2015 model. The Fishhouse had some problems with the lowering mechanism. I brought my fish house to Outlet recreation and they fixed the problem immediately. I also have bought parts for other issues that I’ve had in the past and they’ve been very pleasant to work with. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are very reasonably priced highly recommend.

Outlet Recreation has an outstanding service department. Even if you didn’t buy from them, you can get your camper serviced by knowledgeable, caring professionals. They quickly diagnosed an issue on my van and repaired it fast at a fair price. When something else came up right before we were leaving on a trip, they fit me in that morning and took care of the issue so we weren’t delayed on our departure. They go above and beyond for all their customers.

Got a decent price on our camper. Unfortunately trying to get any warranty work done is near impossible. Also their vantage protection is an expensive joke. They claimed to put some stuff on inside and outside like a ceramic coating. That never happened or if it did its a very poor quality product. They claimed with this vantage protection, scratches and tears to inside would be covered. But our couch scratched our wall when folding it out and that is not covered. I have called numerous times and sent emails more than once with pictures of items that should be covered under this magnificent warranty, no response. On the phone they reassure they will look into it and contact me, but they never call or email back. They want your money. But no customer service after the sale.

We chose our RV dealer based on their reputation for service, and Outlet Rec in Clearwater did not disappoint! Every RV is going to have a few issues from the factory, and these guys went above and beyond to get the things we discovered over our first few camping trips fixed FAST. Shoutout to both Tim and Jeff in the service department who solved problems in a matter of days that most people wait weeks/months to get repaired at their RV dealership. We also had a great buying experience with Joe. Honesty and no pushy tactics. Highly recommend Outlet Rec in Clearwater!
