The staff as very friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how transparent they were and helpful. They also kept it very safe with keeping everyone spaced apart and taking all temperature. I don’t understand the other reviews they were wonderful.

f.... sh... show! 1 permit took 20 min, so multiply by how many ppl in line plus in office. Takes they sweet time to do something....

Pathetic service, the helping lady was on the phone all the time, had to wait at least 45 min to get the permit for my vehicle. Remember JCPA, costumer first.!

Today 12/20/2020 at about 5:00 pm, I called about double parked cars on my block, a recurring problem. The dispatcher would not help because I wouldn’t give my phone number. He complained about the amount of calls, would not give his name and hung up. Normally they are very helpful but this one person was rude and disrespectful.

I went here at 3.45pm Tuesday for issuing my zone parking permit. I was out in 15mins. Had few people in que. The lady who sought after me was bit rude I felt but nothing too harsh or worth crying.

They are closing services at 4 PM even online showing 5 PM. Did not accept even I was there 4:02PM. Please provide correct information to public. It was waste of half day to reach there

Unsure how it make sense that during Covid jersey city changed the rule that people have to go in to pay for parking permits because of Covid. I had no problem back in January paying and obtaining a parking permit for movers over the phone.
