This was my first time here. The food is fresh. The customer service is great too. Clean atmosphere and great vibe. Today I had a regular chipotle chicken sandwich and bbq chips. It was so good. Until next time.Food: 5/5

Every time I come in this restaurant, it's clean, and the employees are friendly. The ladies who run this place clearly care a great deal about it, they are clean, courteous, and professional. The owner of this franchise had better do what it takes to keep these ladies on payroll! Or I will steal them away...

We stopped in just to grab a few drinks. We’ll be back!! SWEETEST staff EVER!! The manager was BEYOND nice!! 10 out of 10!!

went here just today to bring lunch to my boyfriend at work he has celiac’s disease it was during the lunch rush the line was out the door and yet they didn’t hesitate to make sure every single the was clean and away from cross contamination, and maintained an extremely safe and clean environment i felt bad because there were so many people but they reassured me many times they want to make sure everything is safe, and not to apologize they did an outstanding job and they all deserve a huge raise!!!!! NOT a safe space for LGBTQIA+. My partner was migendered today here by one of the employees, and they did not even attempt to apologize but instead were incredibly rude to me when I tried to explain why misgendering can be traumatic and that the lack of response from today's employees was unacceptable. This location is centered in a queer community, in Denver of all places. The blatant discrimination and resulting bigotry was completely unacceptable and hurtful to both my partner and to me. We never thought we would have to endure something like that at an establishment in this community, and further action here is warranted. If you identify as part of the queer community, this is NOT a safe space.

absolutely love this place. staff is always amazing and make the perfect sandwiches. Shout out to Colby especially who always goes above and beyond. highly recommend!! plus it's always clean!

**In reply to upper management, Thank you for responding but Im not sure what isnt clear about my review on here that I need to reach out to the name listed. I could add more subtle details but I think my review was long enough. If you value customer service then you need to demote the guy that was described in my description, i bet he is a shuft leader or closing manager as they usually don't want to serve customers. **I came in today and havent eaten at a Jersey Mikes in like 4-5 years. There was a dark curly ponytailed man with a medium complexion behind the counter that was very unresponsive and had a very "cold demeanor" on my initial request of ordering food. He had this like glazed over stare/ stink eye. Maybe he's working a lot of hours? I don't know, but it wasnt even a light/medium warm professional interaction. I personally like modest greetings without smarmy smiles, but this felt odd. There was a woman who then co-listened and made the order, and then served my food who was really pleasant. You're lucky to have her in your restaurant. I don't know if he was acting like such a ghost because she then took the order but it felt like there was something personal. And I've never been in that shop before.

Only issue was my mistake.. Meant to do the chicken big kahuna but I just said the big kahuna.. was still pretty good but I rarely eat beef.. Was still my fault though and still tasted really good!Food: 5/5

Horrible experience today. Customer service was horrible no greeting not a word said horrible attitudes by staff. Threw chips at pregnant women because she couldn’t hear what he was asking what she wanted on sandwhich. Very dirty would never go back! Worst experience. Bathrooms were disgusting!
