Wendy's

I went to this Wendy's today, and experienced some of the best customer service I've ever had at a fast-food restaurant! The cashier, Michael, was very friendly and personable and immediately greeted me with eye contact, "Good afternoon sir, how are you doing today?". Michael gladly took my order and verified my special requests to ensure my order was correct. He also informed me about the "Boo Book" coupon booklet that I purchased, which saved me money on my order and will save me on my next several meals as well! He got my coffee and food ready quickly, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the counter. Also, he was gladly willing to log onto the other computer terminal to print my receipt as it wouldn't print on his terminal. I felt welcome here, that I was appreciated for my patronage, plus the food was good and the coffee was nice and fresh, and I'll definitely be back soon! I believe Michael deserves recognition from the management for a job well done . God bless!

Excellent Wendy's on east 6th. Nice area lots of construction. Great food great staff drive thru was moving Kid-friendliness: You bet Parking: Yes they have a lot Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they are compatible

Very hard to enter with a real check, The door on the same side as the pick up window Would be better for welter entrance but they need to put in a slope To get on the sidewalk. The parking lot side has ways to get on the sidewalk for wheelchairs but the doors 2 doors are too hard to get through it's a back-and-forth right angle trying to get in-and-out you have to get the right angle. Once inside the people are helpful Happy to help you leave but to get them to come to the door to help me get in no no I have to keep trying to get attention I went around to the pick up window and asked for somebody to come to the doors and help me get in when I got to the doors there was still no one there I waited about 5 minutes for help it was a customer trying to get in the door that helped not is helped not employees. The burgers are OK not what I remember The chili was my favorite and The past years The last 3 years it needs help something has changed in 3 and a 1/2 years of Wendy's

Got my order wrong and then blamed me. They even said it was an "F-U" to correct my order. Terrible customer service, cold food, and horrible leadership. I work in food service as well so hopefully others take my advice and never eat here. It's awful. I hope their manager can grow some balls and give me a call. I am very flexible and kind but I can't believe how horribly I was treated and I am still trying to get ahold of the manager here so they can tell me "F-U" to my face.

It is one of the worst restaurants that I have entered in my life. I paid 11 dollars for a meal that I threw in the trash. I do not recommend coming to it and the bad treatment of the staff

Food - it's okay but but last few times it's been coldish which explains it because it seems to be ready in less than a minute my thoughts is they have a tons of patties sitting which I guess is cool if you want true fast foodFood: 5/5

I bought a salad tonight Tuesday December 6th at 5:40 pm and I got sick!!!! Ended up with diarrhea, vomiting!! I am currently 4 months pregnancy and I can’t stand my stomach pain!!!! PLEASE DONT GO THERE!!!! THIS PEOPLE ARE SELLING OLD FOOD!!!!!! My tomatoes smelled disgusting!!!!!!!!!

Mostly your typical Wendy's... However, when I last went one fountain machine was inoperable and the other was out of everything. And I got the Baconator which was actually a sad excuse for a burger as you can see by the picture... Hardly any bacon, hardly a burger at that. The service here is always courteous and prompt.

They like to pretend like no one is home 10 minutes before everything everywhere says they are open?? I had an online order and showed up 10 mins prior, not like I placed it very last second. Lazzzzzy, annoying, and rude.
