This location is terrible and has the absolute worst customer service. Both employees were wearing filthy aprons. I came in with my service animal and was quickly told that animals are not allowed. I stated she is a service animal and offered to show her identification as well as mine as the handler. They said no animals. I informed them it is a federal protection and that they cannot legally bar a service animal. We were placing a to go order. Then the rude woman who identified herself as the manager came out and said no animals....I explained the same thing. There are zero signs stating this policy and Google says the company is dog friendly. Manager refused three separate requests to give me her name. Super rude people
I told the employee first thing that I’ve never been to a Jersey Mike’s before, and I had no idea what my options were. She just asked me what kind of sandwich I wanted, and stared at me, refusing to tell me my options or explain them. Luckily, someone who was with me stepped up and told me my options. Then she asked me if I wanted it “Jersey Mike’d”. I said “what”, and she just repeated herself. I clearly had no idea what she was asking me, and she stood there staring at me. Again, someone else stepped up and explained it to me, then reiterated to her that I have never been to a Jersey Mike’s before. Then she gave me extreme attitude, and asked me what I want on it, and was giving extreme attitude the whole time I had to look at my options, because she was refusing to help me. Dietary restrictions: They did have gluten free bread
I feel like I've had Jersey Mike's before, long ago, maybe for a catered work lunch ? So, let's call this visit my 1st time at a Jersey Mike's. We had ham & provolone on the rosemary parm bread with the house seasoning, oil & vinegar. It was very delicious! Bread is fresh & soft but it could've been plain white bread because I didn't really notice any rosemary or parm. Still, fantastic bread. All sandwich stuffing were very fresh but they have a very limited selection. Less is more sometimes & I was only slightly disappointed they offered white onions instead of red & no mustard. They had banana & jalapeño pepper slices though. Despite that, the sandwich was still really good. The guy that served us was sweet & did his job very well. The place is well maintained & clean. You can tell the owners & managers care about this shop. We got it to go & I don't recall any sitting patrons. I definitely recommend for a fresh, simple, yummy sandwich. Great sub, friendly and fast service even using a gift card.
They didn’t have a salad on the menu but JB hooked it up. He threw a chicken breast on the grill and chopped it up. They put the salad in a bin. Went above and beyond. Management: take notice of this guy
There is not a single time of when I order a sandwich that it is actually correct. Will forever stop coming to this store.
This is the 3rd time I have gone to this jersey mikes and they have gotten my order wrong. I tell them what number I want and they are so busy that they don’t write it down and then just do the sandwich off a guess. I asked for ham and provolone and they put turkey on it. I even asked at the condiments side if that was ham because it looked like turkey and they said yes it is ham. Another time they asked if I wanted the bacon on it and I said yes and they didn’t put it on. They seem to be rushed and not caring about if the order is right.
Delicious, and high quality. They really take the time to personally craft each individual sub. I like the options available and store atheistic too.
This is by far the worst Jersey Mike's I have ever been to in my life. That is, in terms of customer service. They treat their guest/customers as though, you work for them and they, are doing you a favor by allowing you to eat their food. The food is good like the Jersey Mike's brand, but the staff truly need training on world class customer. If you want to be respected as a partner then this particular establishment might not be the best place to go!
I ordered two number 8's they forgot my bacon and mayo on both. To top it off I live in Phoenix. I called them to tell them about their mistakes. I didn't get I'm sorry or anything. This will be the last time I go to this location.
