For a jack in the box this place is great. I work right up the street so a munchie meal for 8$ on lunch isn't a bad deal at all. Haven't had a bad experience ever with anyone who works here, they're nice and do a good job at controlling the things they can. Foods always hot and ready quickly .Food: 5/5
It’s fast food, they don’t burn anything, food is usually decent. Grateful for them to be open at 2AM, good for those of us that also work graveyards. Had a #11, no lettuce; large curly fry, onion rings and large strawberry shake.
Jack in the Box is always there when you need it but it's not always fresh and it's not always perfect but it is always there! You gotta love their tacos and they're chicken fajita if they even have it anymore?? And their French fries both regular and curly are both really good and their taco sauce is perfect for their tacos regular hot sauce doesn't cut it lol
I went to the drive-through and asked for a number one and I asked them to make the meat fresh. I had to repeat it like 4 times. They had already made the Burger and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes just to get 1 piece of meat fresh. When I got the Burger, the Burger was shrinked in size, it was like the size of cheeseburger from McDonald's. A little Burger that I paid like 12 bucks for I wasn't happy thappy that the employees there gave me bad faces on making me a new fresh Patty and I wasn't happy with the outcome of the Burger either.
I work late and at times Im hungry and want to grab a quick bite to eat before going home.. tgis is the 3rd time we got stuck in the drive thru line only to be told that they aee only taking mobile orders. Came home hungry and upset.

Almost every fast food place does this now but this just kinda set me off. I can't stand these places that cheap out, visibly, on products that cost pennies. Makes you wonder where they are cheating on cost control, where you don't see. Watery soda? Old product that was prepared and served past hold times? And the fries were barely warm, let alone hot. So, I am calling them out.
COMPLAINT!! Place a mobile order on Friday, I pulled up to speaker and already pushed make food and they were closed. They took my money, and also I came back today on Sunday and they said no grill items only fried food and no manager in until Monday. Again. This is the worst Jack in the box I have ever seen!
Ordered in drive thru, told to.pull up front. 15 minutes later I walked in to see if they had forgotten about me. They totally had! For a very simple order this is unacceptable. Not even the slightest apology was offered.Food: 2/5
