Not bad, but not impressive either

Best chicken ever. Growing up in California my dad would always bring me here. I love how they have the spicy chicken too. And the 5 piece chicken for $5.55 is truly a great deal. I hope they keep that deal forever.

Food was good for a fast food place in a mall. Love the ranch. Lemonade tasted like lemon water which is my only complaint.

Have come here numerous times only to find that of the two types of chicken they offer, original and spicy, they are out of the spicy tenders most of the time. How do you run a business where you are our of half off the product you offer. Popeyes is outside the mall but they always have spicy, headed there now

Our food was great! We had a mega meal deal they had going on. We recieved our meal right away and the cashier was very friendly to my mother. I love coming to get chicken from here! I'll continue to come here when I'm shopping in the mall.

Heard a lot about the chicken here being average but tried it for the first time and I am utterly disappointed with the quality and preparation. The fried chicken was full of oil and the dough coating was bitter which tells me that it was not fresh. I ordered fried okra and jalapeño cheese bombers which were tasty.

Service was good. Food out quick. Tables not clean. Manager has the air conditioner up to high. Very very warm and uncomfortable for customers. Very unsafe for workers. Manager do your job. This is unacceptable working condtions. Btw, i asked if ac was working. conditions they said yes, but the shift manager controls the unit.
