I always love how fresh Wendy's is. Today there service was extra quick, and they got everything right on my order. However I did discover that the $5 biggie bag is now $6.36. Which still isn't bad considering everything else is going up. I would say by the time I ordered I got my food in the 2 minutes or less. Also the food was very satisfying! I definitely look forward to coming back here again.
This was by far the worst fast food restaurant I have been to. Online it says you close at 1am. I show up at 12:40 and you are closed and the drive thru attendant was extremely rude and kept cutting me off saying have a nice night we closed we closed and then even raised her voice and got rude with me saying she is closed. I don’t know what type of establishment you are running here but they need to close this one down and just keep the one on Elliot. Service is ridiculous here and it’s about time that management does something about it. There are too many negative reviews and service sucks to the max
I think it’s absurd that your establishment has a policy which demands that a person purchase a product off of your menu, prior to being given access to a restroom intended for use by the general public: or in effect by your customer base. As I walked up to the building to use the restroom: I noticed that you were offering a peppermint frosty. I thought that sounds delicious. After I use the restroom I’ll go grab my wallet and buy one. But, after the massively inappropriate and rude confrontation that occurred with a member of your staff over the said intended use of the restroom: I can’t tell you I did not purchase the item; I left your store all together. I’m extremely disappointed in your abandonment of Dave’s Five Values. I’m disappointed I missed out on the frosty, that I now want: but, will not purchase on principle. And, I’m disappointed at your establishments indecent approach to turning a profit: over providing for a basic human right. Dave Thomas would roll over in his grave for how I was treated: I did not deserve to be yelled at across a dining room by your employee for voicing my dissatisfaction with your establishments policy which denied me access to a public restroom; I was entirely humiliated. So much for your company’s “Values” and “Mop Bucket Attitude.” Dave Thomas believed in treating people with respect and dignity: it is the hallmark of the Wendy’s brand. To do the right thing because in doing so you earn your reputation and your customers loyalty. I can assure you I won’t be back again anytime soon.
The food here is always great. Services excellent. The management might want to look into putting a sign for the drive-thru it's Pitch Black back there. I had to call to find the drive-thru and I was literally sitting in the parking lot it's to the left of the dumpster little tiny driveway with no lighting. So watch out. The food quality and service is worth it though.
The best customer service I've had in a typical drive through experience. Food seems fresh And this location's work crew IS REPEATEDLY positive and pleasant. Good Job!Food: 4/5
I FINALLY had fresh and hot food, fries and burger were delicious, only 2 cars in drive thru though, that helps a lot but I've been to other Wendy's not crowded at all and still the food is really bad, plus the guy taking the order and the one by the window were educated and very friendly. Best food is here, FRESHHHHH. Thank you guys!Food: 5/5
Stopped in to make a delivery, was standing at the counter for several minutes, two employees talked among themselves, a tall thin blonde haired girl and another girl with wavy Brown hair. Both of them were within two feet of me at one point, and they both completely ignored me. The blonde haired girl walked right around the counter and around me and continue to ignore me. All the other employees ignored me the entire time until I had been there for three or four minutes. On top of making the delivery I was hungry, but I decided not to get anything here. Not sure what's going on at this place, but there is definitely a major lack of leadership, & customer service is obviously a foreign language.
Waited in drive thru 30 minutes to get half made sandwich no lettuce, tomato or onions on the big bacon classic and half a cup of chili asked for cheese & onions didn't receive along with no crackers or chili oil packets which is what makes the chili good...worse drive-thru experience!Food: 1/5
Poor customer service. Arrived at 6:24am through drive through. The location refused to take my order although I waited. After 6:30am I was told that all of their systems were down. The drive thru individual eventually said he would take cash but then walked off closing the window.never asking if I had cash. I waited almost a half hour - still no one came back to the window or even spoke to me. I wasn’t upset or irate. I was patient and waited quietly. Still there was no offer of water while I waited, no estimated time for when they would open, And again still no one asked if I had cash to pay or offer to take my order. Nothing. Rudeness is never okay and I will not be returning to this Wendy’s- clearly they pick and choose who they serve and do not value their customers.
Probably the worst fast food restaurant in the area. Not because of the food, but because of the people working. The girls are all rude. I'm not even talking about customer service skills, because it is non-existant, they have no social skill. The two guys and the two girls were joking and laughing, even when they messed up our order. Especially the girl with blonde hair and the bull ring in her nose. They all had their phones in their hands, it was completely unprofessional. I'm surprised they haven't had a health code violation. I will drive the extra 10 min to another store. This owner must not be making money, or not know how because this place is a joke.
