I never write Google reviews, but I felt passionate enough for this company. They are incredible when it comes to customer service. I messaged them via chat on their webpage, and in less than a minute I got a reply back after they checked their physical stock in store, and they said that they would pack and ship it today... literally now. In a matter of minutes after my purchase, I got an email with a shipping number. It was just a water bottle, but they treated me like I was a priority, and that left an impression on me. When I got it in the mail, they attached an adorable, personalized, handwritten card with my name on it, thanking me for my purchase. That brought such a warm feeling knowing they put in that much effort into something as simple as a water bottle. Larger corporations could learn so much about customer service from a small shop in NC like Jesse Brown's. Hope to see your business grow! Warm regards

Excellent customer service. I just purchased a nice Benchmade knife from them. I called the store first and spoke to Christopher. We has very knowledgeable and helpful. That is what brought me into the store. When I went in he was off but Turp was working and was also very helpful. He was very patient and let me see and hold about 5 different models until I made up my mind what I wanted. I could have left there and went online and made the purchase and saved a little money but it was worth the extra to leave the store product in hand and also the great customer service that comes with it.

Went in for a pair of Keen’s shoes. Christopher was super helpful, finding a pair in my size in a matter of minutes, even though it was 26 degrees today and absolutely not the season for shoes to be worn in the water. Excellent service and selection, highly recommend. Thank you!

I always enjoy myself at Jesse Browns Outdoors outstanding Fly Shop. The Personnel that work there are always very helpful friendly and kind. Good place to go for your fishing and outdoor activities and equipment. I also appreciate them assisting with project Healing Waters that is an organization for disabled veterans. They do an outstanding job and just want to say thank you we always enjoyed spending time with you all.

Killer prices and great service. Turp is the sweetest. We’ll never go to bass pro shop again as long as this place is around.

Shopping at Jesse Brown’s is worth the knowledge that they share, you do not get that experience shopping online. Bill, Wes and Dave are top notch! I’m sure the others that work there are as well, I just haven’t had any experience with them. Thanks !

Came in the other day looking to get into fly fishing and turner was the nicest guy ever in helping me get into the sport. Super knowledgeable guy and got me everything I needed. Will be returning great store

Awesome store! Very high quality inventory and friendly staff. Only place I’ve seen selling Filson around here. Ask for Turk if you go!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about knives and sunglasses. I’ll definitely be back before my next outing!
