It was ok. I was here for a business trip and, at the time of booking I was happy with the price and location to where I needed to be for my work there. The room is very spacious, quiet, clean, and my view was awesome. The door to my room couldn’t shut from the inside unless I slammed my hip into it with all my force, or used all my might to pull it shut from the outside. My last night there, there was no water to my room at all. There wasn’t a number to call to ask about it anywhere listed in my room. No one answered the number listed for them on Google so I had to go down to the lobby late at night to find an empty lobby counter and a sign for a different number to call. I called and the lady said the water might be back on in maybe 2 hours and didn’t express any empathy as to how disruptive no water all night would be to their guest. Customer service goes a long way in general, but especially in a city that has literally thousands of other hotels to choose from. I do not feel inclined to stay here again when I come back. Their bag retrieval kiosk wasn’t working when I went to use it my first night. The outside bag drop guys were great though. Only other issue was one of my sinks was clogged and drained very very slowly. I read another review that this place is a bit outdated, and it’s true. I didn’t take advantage of the kitchen appliances besides the fridge, which was leaking inside, but that kitchen area was a nice feature.
We booked suite for 4 days. So far Horrible customer service, the most basic appliance has not worked since we arrived...the microwave. Day two and Nobody seems to know anything and wants to blame someone else...so unprofessional. We are hoping they replace the microwave. The price does not match the service. We got the pen house suite and and the fact that we don't have trash bags which is something so basic and kept calling house keeping which is taking forever. In addition the valet parking is horrible! They don't have enough parking so be prepared to park at MGM and then walk back and hopefully you get refunded $15.00 for parking at MGM. And if you are lucky to get valet parking at the hotel please plan accordingly...it takes like 30 minutes to 45 minutes to get your car. They only have a few valet drivers. Extremely understaffed. The only positive is the view from the balcony is nice and the balcony is huge.
I’ve stayed at better and worse. Online I booked a 2 bedroom condo, I got 2 rooms next to each other. 2 of the 3 AC units were working but the rooms seemed/smelled clean. Biggest reason I wouldn’t stay here again is the parking situation. They have valet parking which is great if your okay waiting 5-45 minutes for someone else to get your car or you can park at the MGM lot, only a brisk 10 minute walk through a maze of shops and casino games designed to keep you inside. Cost for that was $18 per day unless you can navigate the vague reimbursement process that was explained during checkin. The valet people seemed to have a problem with me leaving my vehicle parked outside the hotel while I dropped my luggage in the room, what am I supposed to do take the car with me! Again not the worst experience I’ve had but next time I’ll stay closer to the strip at a place with on-site self parking.
Excellent rooms and good service. In a great location in either walking or short taxi distance from most of the strip. Pool is great and the only downside is the food police who search your bag to stop you bringing food or drinks to the pool. This isn't a safety measure but is aimed to force you to use their shop.
Strip view was NICE. Rooms were very nice and roomy. All rooms have a Spa tub and seperate shower. Staff was very friendly! Valet parking included was the best! Not having to drag your luggage around after finding parking is always a plus. Will definitely be returning on my next trip.
I will recommend to NOT use them. Unless you want a constant smell of marijuana on the balcony or if you can’t cancel a second booking and still get charged even though you have given them sufficient warning. This is a 3’rd party booking so you have zero recourse at the front desk.
The room was beautiful with an astonishing view. The kitchenette was modern and clean. Every staff member that I encountered was gracious and professional. I never saw one standing still. A very busy and well managed place.Rooms: 4/5
Not a bad place to stay but some things seemed looked over such as cleaning the tub, it's pretty gross and don't use the jets. Location is great with easy access to the strip and other casinos but our Lyft drivers are directed to the back of the building at the employee entrance via the GPS. Beds are comfy and there is food options downstairs
What a view! This place may not be exactly on the Vegas Strip but it is 1 Vegas block away and you can see it from your large balcony if you choose City view. Balconies are not so common in Vegas if you weren't aware. Definatly a bonus. The mountain view in the day was beautiful & the Vegas lights are amazing. This place was clean, roomy, quiet and very accommodating. The jacuzzi tub is awesome! It has a kitchen if you need. We only used the microwave though to warm up those late night munchie leftovers from a few local fabulous restaurants. It's hard to shop for food and bring it back to cook when there is so many great eateries within walking distance. Local secret: Ellis Island Casino right down Koval, just a few blocks away. $11.99 steak dinner with sides. Great BBQ too. The Signature gives you full access to all MGMs amenities which include the pools and lazy river. Buy your float tubes at the CVS to save yourself about $15 ea over the rentals. Give it to some lucky kid when your finished. Make someone's day! This place has an indoor hallway to get you to the strip, the monorail and MGMs casino. Lot's of shopping opportunities without ever leaving the AC. Uber & other ride shares pick you up at the round a bout in front of the towers. A trip to Freemont currently runs about $16 one way. This place is available on Airbnb and can be surprisingly reasonable. No resort fees this way! Rooms: Clean and spacious Nearby activities: The strip and all it's glory. Safety: Felt safe anywhere on the property with employees and security present. We were able to just walk in without our room keys though. Walkability: Walk to MGM in AC. Everywhere in Vegas is a walk. Face it. Put on your comfy shoes if you want to have fun. Malls, restaurants, casinos, Coca-Cola Store, Sketchers, Balagio Fountains, Paris, Ellis Island, High Roller Wheel, etc. - all walkable for most.
I loved the jetted tub here. Beautiful views of the strip, nice hotel. Love that it has a microwave and like a mini oven with refrigerator. Great service as well.Rooms: 5/5
