I recently used these jewelers to create a one of a kind ring after other jewelers told me my vision was not possible. They (father and son) were super friendly and stopped what they were doing to greet me every time I entered the store. They drew out my plan, used my diamonds and raw morganite and created a masterpiece like no other! After drawing up the first plan I asked them to add another detail for me and they did it with NO PROBLEM. After the molding was made I went to the store to approve it and in less than ten days my beautiful masterpiece was finished. I will be using them again to customize more pieces!

Came in to get a watch battery replaced. My normal go-to location was closed so I just searched for a nearby spot. It was my first time at Jewelry by Marcus and they were great! Very nice and promt. Replaced the watch battery within 5 minutes and only charged $5. I will be back for future watch battery replacements.

My husband and I purchased my engagement ring from Gabriel. Gabriel was very kind and explained exactly what we were purchasing. The only thing is mg ring keeps losing small stones on the sides of my ring. That being said, everytime I have brought it back, Gabriel would replace it for free. Great customer service and excellent quality!
