I took a ring to them that had been cut off my finger and he repaired/resized it so well that you can't tell any damage had happened. The cost was a tad bit over the quoted price I received over the phone but he had to check over one hundred stones. It was a great overall experience and the quality of work make the price worth it.

My wifes engagement ring I gave her 30 years ago was worn out and broken. I came into the store and asked if i could use her old diamond that my wife loved in a new setting. I picked out a beautiful setting and they cleaned the old diamond and mounted it in the new setting in like only 1.5 hours! It is so beautiful! The sales woman Gloria made everything so easy! If I could give 10 stars I would!

DO NOT get your little ones ears pierced there. The ladies did a HORRENDOUS job!! Look at my baby's ear! Just got this done today, 11-10-17, and had to take out the earrings!! I'm LIVID!!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to my worst enemy. I'll certainly be giving them a piece of my mind when they open again, and they will never receive my business. I'll be sure to tell ALL of my friends and family what a terrible place this is, and hopefully all the readers out there reading this review will stay clear too!!!

We shop there often and have always been treated like friends. Yes we are spending money, but it goes beyond that. All staff works too ensure you leave happy and with exactly what you want. They helped design a ring for me ysing my Mother in laws diamonds as well as my engagement diamond. The ring is absolutely beautiful, and they didn't price gouge in any way. My husband and I have been 100%+ satisfied and will continue to frequent this wonderful establishment. By Food Lion off of 127. The only place to shop for rings, bracelets, necklaces, watches, charms, earrings, wedding bands, monogrammed champagne flutes etc.

Amazing service and staff! They will take care of you from start to finish at the jewelry exchange. Also, they have the absolute best prices I have seen. I live in Charlotte and it is worth the trip to Hickory. I would highly recommend to anyone!
