I have been a Hawaii residential real estate agent for more than a decade in the Kailua, Kaneohe, Diamond Head, Kahala, and Honolulu Metropolitan areas.

Story

Hawaii is enchanting with beautiful weather and blooming flowers all year round. Honolulu on the island of Oahu is Hawaii's economic center and the tourism gateway connecting Asia and North America. It is an ideal place to live, to invest, or to send the kids to school.

Punahou and Iolani are two well known private schools in Hawaii. They both have long history and excellent academic records. They both admit students from other countries. Punahou was founded before the Civil War. It is the largest co-ed independent K - 12 school on one single campus in the U. S. 99% of its high school graduates go on to attend colleges and universities. The present U. S. President, Barack Obama, graduated from Punahou. Mr. Sun Yat-Sen, the founding father of modern China, also studied there.

Hawaii's fresh air and pure water are unmatched in many areas of the world. Even most of the major western cities that are conscientious about environmental protections cannot compete for the high air and water quality here in Hawaii. Hawaii's natural environment is the paradise for good health and longevity.

Jia came to Hawaii by way of Beijing China. She has a BA degree in Economics from University of International Business & Economics and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Hawaii at Manoa. She worked in foreign trade in China and in legal field in Hawaii before becoming a full time realtor. Being in Hawaii for over 20 years, Jia has an extensive knowledge of the Island of Oahu, especially the Windward Side where she resides with her family. Jia is fully bilingual as she is fluent in Mandarin as well as English.
