Jiffy Lube

Very bad experience on Friday. I arrived at 2:21pm with 2cars in front of me. After 10 minutes they pulled next car into bay. I waited 1hr 20 min before my car was pulled into the bay. There was 6 guys working. Person in a maroon shirt was on his phone a majority of the time. This same individual was who got my basic information and offered cabin filter, at this time I asked how much longer it would be because I have already waited well over an hour and he replied “well your gonna wait about another 30min” well I was at this location for 2hrs and 10min. I have been there before a few times and customer service was way better and time definitely was less than an hour. Sticker they normally put on the window was thrown on counter with my keys so at this point I notice they were upset that I was not happy with the time. I watched as customers were done how workers handed keys to them and opened door and walked them out to their vehicle but my keys were thrown on the counter. They advised an email receipt will be sent but I’ve yet to receive that receipt but luckily after 5min of not getting it emailed I went back inside to confirm email in which they didn’t do but did print my receipt upon request. This location definitely needs to do better. I will NEVER visit this location again.

Fast friendly service. Came in for an oil change as I had driven all the way from Alberta Canada. They changed my oil and topped up my coolant which was low. They also let me know I had a slow oil leak in my engine.

I had an oil change last week and was greeted kindly by Forest, the manager. He explained everything to me in more detail than I’ve ever had before, which was very helpful. I explained to him that I needed to leave at a certain time and asked if the service could be completed within that timeframe, and it was. He placed a sticker on my window regarding the next oil change without me asking, something that I have to ask on my regular Jiffy Lube location. He also referred me to another Jiffy Lube to get my air conditioner serviced. He was by far the most Customer Service oriented manager that I have had at any of the Jiffy Lube location. I will most likely continue to go to his location , even though it is not close to my house. The service was that good. Thank you Forest!

Employees were happy and pleasant in every aspect in my dealings with the young men at Jiffy Lube on San Mateo. Very pleased with the service. I was in and out in less than half hour. It was worth driving across town. Thank you!

Very happy with my experience at this Jiffy Lube when I got my oil changed. Jose is 10/10, very knowledgeable and even offered to put extra clips to hold my splash guard a dragging splash guard is one of my pet peeves!. Also, I love the popcorn and soft drinks in the waiting room.

Straight forward pricing, good communication, quick turnaround. Had front brakes done and A/C serviced. Bonus...they give a 15% Veteran Discount! 5 stars!
