Frank has worked on several vehicles for us. Great work, great customer service and very reasonable. I recommend him to everyone.

Charged me $90 to fix a simple stopper plug on my radiator. First time customer, took them 20 minutes to get the plug and put it in. Said his kids get paid on commission. Plug wasn't tightened properly, leaked like a sieve after I got home. Not a good way to garner new customers. Frank, you seem nice enough but do better next time.

I had a radiator split open on me while parked across the street from Mastercraft. An employee of the Dollar General recommend Mastercraft to me so I decided to give it a shot. Frank, the owner is very good at fixing cars and reasonable in prices. I have been taking my car to Frank for over a year now and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to fix your vehicle right the first time. These big name places just rip you off, which has happened to me several times in Albuquerque. Frank is experienced and a very pleasant person to talk to.

I was having clutch problems with my car and the staff quickly diagnosed my problem, my clutch was slipping. They explained the problem to me and Frank gave me a reasonalbe price for all the work that needed to be done. They were really quick and before I knew it I was back on the road with no problem what so ever. I highly recommend Mastercraft to anyone looking for a quality work at a fair price. Mastercraft is by far the greatest automotive shop in the nation. I've been to many automotive shops and most of them seem to be a rip off and they don't provide quality work like Mastercraft. I needed my motor overhauled and a lift kit for my truck and they did everything is asked for and went out of their way to make my truck look amazing and they did all of this within a reasonable price. Mastercraft automotive is now my one stop shop for all of my automotive necessities. Thank you Frank, Michael, and Josue for your great service.

I was referred to Mastercraft Automotive on Madison NE by the Jiffy Lube nearby. My trusty 1998 Kia Sportage had been overheating for more than a year. I had numerous repairs costing $$$$ at another shop on 4th St. NW to address the problem, but it continued overheating whenever I was at a stop sign. When I pulled into Mastercraft I was flustered and overheated myself! I was greeted by the friendly owner, Frank, and his masterful mechanic, Tom, who quickly determined it was the heater core fan. Because the fan was faulty for a length of time, we soon learned it had damaged my engine beyond repair. I have very limited resources, so this was a devastating blow, but Frank and Tom continued to be amazing. They embarked on a search for a used/refurbished engine for me. They went above and beyond to keep the shop costs down. I was back on the road for under $3,000. It's been nearly two years and the Kia still runs like a new car! Now I get all of my work done at Mastercraft - from oil changes to replacing window visors. I've been in Albuquerque for 19 years driving and maintaining used cars! I highly recommend Mastercraft Automotive.

I've gotten some minor repairs and maintenance done here and I was very pleased with the service. I'll be going back soon to get my rear brakes worked on and some scheduled maintenance.
