Far as going in after work to get tires topped off for upcoming freezing possibly snow temperatures, phenomenal experience! Kind, considerate. Reliable Chevrolet recommended due to its Service Dep't's heavy business that evening. For tire maintenance a great recommendation fulfilled. Thank you.

I went to the jiffy lube at Montgomery and Pennsylvania. It was my car and one other so they were not busy. Explain to me how a oil change took almost two hours. The employees kept disappearing. No apologies that it took so long. I asked if they found anything and all the manager said was it's a old car. They didn't bother to tell me the car was low on coolant I had to read it on the report. Final insult to injury is they didn't bother to put a new window sticker on the car or give me one. The other female waited two and a half hours for a oil change and tire rotation. I guess the motto at that store is if you won't pay for up charges you can just wait till they feel like it. Or maybe it was the fact we were both females. Possibly because I was using a coupon. Another gentleman came in after us and was also upset with how long we had been there and how long he waited. I have gone to jiffy lube for 25 plus years. I definitely will never return to this one again. I never leave google reviews but the next day I am still upset on how we were treated. I would have left but they drained the oil and then just left my car sitting there. Don't go to this one unless you have all day on a 70.00 oil change.

Came in with a coupon for synthetic blend expecting to pay less than $60 the guy told me they were out and forced me into a full synthetic which was $100. Even with a 30 dollar off coupon I ended up paying almost $80. Extremely upset. Then when I went to pay I asked to split cards. It was all charged on one card which made me even more upset. I don't believe that half of things on the list were checked properly. For instance, I know my wiper blade is going out on the driver side...they told me everything was good. Don't go here. Jiffy Lube in name only. No sense of urgency. Employees walked around as if in a hangover stupor. Best part of the slow experience was the popcorn. We always use jiffy lube, but we will not return to this location.Service: Oil change

Initially, I was very happy with the friendly and efficient manner in which my car needs were met. However, as I was about to leave town, I noticed that my tire pressure light was on and naturally I did not want to exit on to the highway with tires in poor condition. I went back to the same location and I was told that it was probably a sensor malfunction and that I'd have to wait 20-30 minutes before they could recheck their work. I left and went to another business where they immediately checked my tires and discovered the two rear tires were nearly flat and that one had a tear in it. How did this get missed when my tires were rotated at Jiffy Lube? I then had to replace all 4 tires for safety. Thank goodness the employees at the other business gave me the 5 minutes it took to check my tires. They helped to prevent what was sure to be a bad accident on the road. I am disappointed with the lack of follow through at Jiffy Lube. Update: 10/29/22 I gave this store location another chance. I explained to the gentleman what had happened previously and he was very apologetic and efficient. This was not the same individual as last time so the fault was not his. He treated me with courteous professionalism and checked tire pressure, tires structure, and all the fluids and all for no charge. Thank you for restoring my faith in Jiffy Lube!Services: Tires

Jiffy Lube likes to advertise changing your oil and checking your fluids. The upper bay technician forgot to check my tire pressures, which were low. I had to return for them add air. In addition, I don't have any faith they checked my fluids. I will do that myself. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!Service: Oil change

As if it was my fault that their credit card machine was down it always is the manager DEMANDED for me to pay cash or to leave. When I told him I had cash but I needed him to be more professional he walked away huffing and puffing - as he turned the corner I heard him whisper to his employee "LEAVE TH OIL PAN PLUG LOSE" - I immediately left their store. This "manager" of this facility is a disgrace to that business and you can tell by the way his location is dirty and unkept. I had to drive to Roswell for work so I had my oil changed there - WHAT A DIFFERENCE! A manager that cares about the business as if it was his, his employees clean and polite and professional - I would almost drive there to experience that from Jiffy Lube - a business that really doesn't care about service or image AT ALL.
