I really appreciated that they vacuum the inside of my car and clean the windows. That was one less Sat chore I had to worry about. They were really busy when I got there at 3pm but my wait was not long and the customer service was great. Good customer service to me is when you can see its almost time too clock out and the worker is tired but they still take there time to make sure you r straight. It was definitely not a very good experience. It took a lot longer than I figured I would’ve and the price was very high compared to other places and the person who checked me in and checked me out could not get off his cell phone long enough to deal with me so I had to hear his conversation while I was checking in and checking out very rude.Service: Oil change

So I was a walk in, like most people that come here. I brought in a 30 year old ford truck that I had gotten a month before..the last oil change was a year ago! The technicians were very straightforward and explained exactly what they could and couldnt do. I got the transmission and coolant system flushed and fluids changed, rear differential fluid and oil and filter changed. The tech gave me some discounts were he could and I saved money by having oil they could use, I was going to change it myself but the weather was just not cooperating. Yes it was expensive but you pay for the convenience AND yes it did take some time, a little less than 2 hours BUT the staff was thorough and for example they could not do a brake fluid flush because my rear wheel cylinders were not working correctly and I needed them changed. The charge was removed. On my way out I asked how I could check my transmission fluid and one of the technician said you don't know where it is? I said no the truck is new to me and I thought it was a plug on the actual transmission and he took the time to come out front and show me where the dipstick was. So yeah it will take some time and yes it will cost but hey, you get what you pay for and the work, at least what i had done to my truck was warranteed. When the technician showed me the transmission cooler dipstick I also said that I thought the coolant was leaking and he said if you see it leaking within a couple of days bring it back and we'll top it off for you, but he said they had seen no coolant leaks throughout the inspection. Also I have to mention I talked to a couple of customers while I was there and one of them had been coming to this place for over I think 9 years and the other woman had brought her car here before so it's a pretty solid place in the neighborhood. A coworker recommended this place and I pass that recommendation on to you. Sorry for such a long review!

The staff at this store are polite, helpful and do a quick oil change! They came out to my car to meet me immediately, and by the time I walked to the lobby, they were ready to review my options. The lobby was the cleanest car care related lobby I have ever seen! It smelled clean, no trash or papers around! And the complimentary water was a nice surprise. I was cutting it close to closing time, but I called ahead and they were kind enough to fit me in before closing. They were still able to get out on time amd I got an oil change without making another trip out. Quality fast service!
