I absolutely love this Jiffy Lube! The workers are always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not only is an oil change cheaper than at many of their competitors, but they always do great work. I always leave the shop satisfied and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.
Pulled right into bay and it still took 1/2 hour. Four employees "working". Appeared to be standing around more than working. Seemed like they would rather be doing something else and didn't really care about the customer. I have never had just an oil change take 30 mins. The lost three customers because of the wait.
This company tried to RIP me off. They sent a postcard to my residence advertising a discounted price for. An oil change. When I arrived they tried to upsell me on synthetic oil for triple the price. I left and will not return.
