Update: 8 shop visits as of 8/20/22 Saturday and clearly the signage states they can do the work but my car still making noise after work done and I said I'd do an update, so, back to the shop for them to see what was missed and why it is still making a noise after repair. So, the wrong part after all these visits but you wanted me to believe otherwise. I paid for a service and just want it done right. I'd really like to change this review to satisfied but I am waiting now. Below is first review. They didn't fix the issue. And, they had my car overnight to listen for the noise coming from the job they've done but they say that they're hearing nothing. However, I know my car and it's not the same so if that's what they ''want to stand-by'' then I'm not satisfied.

Some really kind and accommodating professionals at this place. Paul up front and his colleague were amazing getting me set up for service, and Shea in the garage gave my car a ton of care. It needed a special lift method and it was no problem for them. Plus they were fun to talk to while I waited, and I saw their consistent approach with everyone coming in.

I' had been tire shopping online for weeks , looking for a brand I specifically wanted. I ordered online and someone contacted me promptly and said they didn't have all 4 tires in, but could order the other two in a couple of days. Midas was the only tire shop that said they could order the tires I wanted ,instead of trying to sell me more expensive ones. I arranged an appointment , I waited while they put them on,and couldn't be happier with their professionalism and prices. I can't remember who helped me ,but I felt he was honest and upfront about all prices and services and advice. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest businessService: Tires

Had a great experience at this Midas location today. I brought in a car that I was planning on purchasing and they gave me a prompt, fair, and honest assessment on the car. I decided to pass on the purchase thanks to the professional nature that the folks here had. My wife recently brought her van in for a safety inspection. Found a few things that caused the van to be down for a little while. She runs a daycare and wasn't able to come pickup the van when done. The mechanic and someone else in the shop ran it to her. Amazing customer service. Thank you! We have been looking for a mechanic. Not anymore. We found ours. Thanks again

As always for outstanding service gotta give 4 stars with that 1 remaining star for the possibility of providing the impossible perfect service, just how I roll. I have used this location for service on two of the vehicles I have owned and every single time I get the best treatment and service from all of the employees. They are upfront, honest , professional, friendly and one of the few places I have used that does not make me feel ripped-off, doubting and/or nervous driving home after the repairs were allegedly done! I was in Portland for a conference and got into a wreck on my way into town. Midas was great about getting my car in and quickly fixing the coolant reservoir. Mark was especially appreciated- he drove us to our hotel after we got the car to the shop just before they closed! He went above and beyond to help us out in a stressful situation when we were visiting from out of state.

My brakes were grinding metal on metal. They got me right in, fixed within a couple hours and back on the road safely. Very friendly service from everyone I encountered there. I would definitely recommend them.Services: Brakes

I've been using these guys for a few years for my oil change & bought tires from them. This last time, they wouldn't rotate my tires because they said the tread was already too low. Yet, they wanted to sell me new tires, but the life on my tires was not near the stated life of the tires which I told them. I will be going else where on my next oil change. Kind of deceptive practice.Service: Oil change
