Dr. Jimenez has been my family doctor for the past 18 years, and he has consistently met my healthcare needs. His dedication and expertise as a physician have never failed me, making him a reliable and trustworthy healthcare provider.

I have been a patient of Dr. Francis Jimenez for about 10 years now. He is a good doctor. But lately, he doesn’t see his patients personally anymore. Consult is done through video chat which personally I don’t mind because it saves me gas going to see him only for refills. I had an appointment with him on July 11, 2022. I tried to call if Dr. Jimenez would be able to accommodate me earlier than my appointment date. Of course, the secretary declined my request. She said that the doctor was on vacation. She further said that the doctor would be back on July 11, 2022. Come July 11, 2022, I called but the secretary said Dr. Jimenez’s flight got delayed. And surely, I was expecting the doctor would be back the next day. The next day came, I called but the secretary said Dr. Jimenez was sick, and my appointment was moved the next day. The next day came, the secretary said that the doctor was still sick. I noticed that when I got my health insurance, patient’s services were a bit secondary to the staff. I wonder what is really going on? I really hope that today, I will be accommodated. If Dr. Jimenez is still sick, I think I have to go see another Filipino doctors because this is really frustrating!

They never answered phone calls . It’s really frustrating. They know you are calling goes through just rings and then you call again goes voicemail. They called me from the office the day before since some results came and they asked me to call Dr first thing next day. I called and called and nothing. The front desk it’s unprofessional and not friendly. I had tests done from 6 months ago and they just got reviewed. Doctor is good but his staff it’s horrible

I love Dr. J!!! He's been our Family Care Physician for almost a decade now and have recommended him to family and friends. He always takes time to every health issues and concerns which I believe is his #1 trait that is why he has a steady flow of patients. I hate doctors who asked you to wait forever and then see you for only 5 minutes without even explaining what's the actual cause of your concern. More power to Dr. J and his wonderful staff!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone that I know. The waiting room was very small and humid. I am not sure why the ac was not on for patients. I had to wait almost 2 hours after my appointment time. When the doctor finally saw me he was speaking so fast and asking questions that he answered himself and would not give me a chance to explain. This doctor also did not warn me before tapping my face a bit to hard for my comfort, it was a bit shocking. This was not a good experience for me.

Appointment was 1:30pm. They called my sister in after 15mins. There were only 3-4 patients in the waiting room. Waiting room is small and so hot like we were in an oven. We got out at 4pm. For more than 2 hours of waiting, no offer for drink. No drinking water in waiting area. Toilet corner was dirty. Employees are not patient/client friendly.

Arrived earlier for the apt. Filled out necessary paper work, then proceeded to wait for over 2 hours to be seen. Watched people who arrived after us go in front of us, the lobby needs to paint, their is a security camera held up by tape. The name on the front name is pealing off, proceeded to watch the staff not know what rooms were vacant and not vacant. This was our first visit to see this doctor and as of right now, since we still havent seen the doctor. We most likely will not being coming back.

Yes, I usually have to wait 1 hr. To see Dr.Jiminez but it's worth it. The Dr. Really cares about me. He spends whatever time is needed going over tests,etc and really shows a professional approach Every time I visit. I bring a book to read while waiting. Dr. Jimenez and his staff are great.

Bad attitudes!!! A staff member called and asked to reschedule my appt and next thing I knew when I called back, they said that they never cancelled my appt. He was basically calling me a liar. I told him that I received a call from their office and he basically asked to give him a proof that someone really cancelled my appt. Wow! That's how they treat their clients! I will never go back to their office again and I will tell everyone about this experience!

Good doctor he cares i’ve been going to him for years and years at least 18 years he’s always been a great doctor much better than a lot of practice yes I’m trying to get a hold of someone that works at Dr. Jimenez office because I called that you know what I had a appointment with the doctor was totally forgot about me I was third in line in the waiting list I been waiting all morning and I talk to them about an hour ago and she said yes he hadn’t got to me yet but he will and I’ve been sitting by the phone yeah yeah it was a televize it anyway appoint important I need to get my medication OK do you know what the number will Papa blah no thank you
