I really can't say enough nice things about Dr. Kong. He is one of the most human doctors I have had the pleasure of getting to know. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. Often, I find that a good doctor does not have good staff, but that is not the case with his office. Everyone is really nice and helpful.

I have seen alot of doctors this past year for work related injury, and been treated just like a number. Seeing Doctor Kong has shown me that there is still good practicing Doctors. He condoled me when I had a little breakdown and made me feel like a doctor should make his patients feel. Thank you Doctor Kong and I will always come back. Thank you soo much. Your staff as well is fantastic.

I am not a patient but was seeking physical therapy treatment when I called his offce. The staff was extremely helpful with numerous referrals and suggestion. Shirley went above and beyond the call of duty and was very compassionate in talking with me. 9 other Dr offices just said "no we don't do that..." Thank you Shirley and Dr Kong's office!!!!!

Dr Kong told me he would request a PPD Rating n my presense however changed his mind after I left his office,He also didn't document the body parts that I told him were causing me major pain

Been going to Dr.Kong since 2004, he’s an awesome doctor . Won’t go to anyone else.

This is the worst place ever if you need a doctor doctor do not come to this one

I had the worst customer service experience, when I called to see Dr Kong for a workers compensation case, the recepcionist hangup on me and I called again and she just ignored me, she refused to transfer me to a supervisor. It is really disappointed not to get any treatment after an injury that I had at my work place. On the paperwork provided by the urgent care said that they are open Monday through Thursday from 8.30 am to 4pm and this ladie said nobody was at the office. Not recommended at all, I recoto look for a legal advise.
