I actually love Jimmy John's and have NEVER had an issue with my order however, today I went in and asked for a #9 cut in half with hot peppers. I get home and see I don't have hot peppers nor the vinegar or whatever type of dressing goes on the sandwich so I call to advise of both issues and was told I can pick up the hot peppers understandable but I also requested to have the sandwich remade because it doesn't have the dressing. I was then told they are out for the day. I then ask, do you tell the customers when you are out of something that actually goes on the sandwich and I was told no, they don't tell customers when they are out of ingredients. By not telling the customers when they are out of something is not beneficial to the company nor customers. Missing ingredients makes the sandwich taste totally different and not in a good way.
Always feel welcomed here. Well made sandwiches and great rewards program. Quick Service. Owner and Employees are friendly and quick to take care of any issues or recommendations.
Very dissapointed with this Jimmy Johns. We visited on Friday October 14th and they were completely out of cheese. Apparently their distributor was out. There was no discount or any compensation like a free bag of chips. We decided to take our business to a different sandwich shop. Maybe they should have sent someone over to Sam's Club and picked up some cheese.
I had an issue with my previous order and wanted to let Jimmy John's know by writing a review. I was immediately contacted and asked to allow them to rectify my concerns which I can honestly say, I HAVE NEVER had a company do that! Their reaction time and resolve has by far EXCEEDED my expectations! Thank you Jimmy John's for caring enough to keep me as valued rewards customer! #YouRock
This location ALWAYS gets my mobile / online orders wrong. I stubbornly continue to order from here because this is the only location that's close to my house and every time I think they'll improve... they don't. They really need to hire people who can actually read orders. One extra star because I love JJ's but this location is Not It.
The kids that took the order and made the sandwich had no idea what they were doing and they were rude. Usually your unwhich is wrapped and nice and clean.
I’m not sure what happened with this location today. Usually when I order from here they are fast and the order is correct. Today I placed my order at 11:21am. I waited until 11:47 to call and ask where the delivery is because I received a message from the app that it was on the way at 11:30. Was told that there was only one driver today and deliveries are as long as 16 mins and it should be here soon. So I waited and waited. I didn’t get my order until 12:09pm!! And then I ordered extra turkey and I think I got less than a normal sandwich! Please do better!! This jimmy johns is only 1.9 miles from me. I don’t know if I’ll order from here again!
I usually have good luck w my orders. No quality control check on this one. Asked for peppers, Mayo pack, napkins - didn’t get any of them. Did NOT ask for avacado spread - got that. Everything is clearly listed correctly on the receipt.
Store refused to refund money when I asked for one. Sandwich was not eaten or messed with. It just wasn’t want I paid for. Called owner Brian and he refused to refund and would only remake sandwich but at this point I didn’t want a remake
Always love eating at Jimmy John's. They had some issues with the sandwiches but the remade them for us and were correct the second time.
