This is the worst place to order online I made an order and got there to pick it up and the lady that works there she tells me she can’t make my order because it didn’t print a receipt ,they had charged me already and ask them for a refund and said they would do that cause the order didn’t print so they called the manager Ilene and she said don’t give him anything so until now I haven’t received a refund and it’s been 2 weeks and I called them so many times but they refused to give me my refund
SUBWAY JUST NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE BETTER. THEY EITHER DONT PUT ENOUGH SAUCE OR VEGGIES. I KNOW THEIR MEASUREMENTS ARE WRONG N THE WORKERS DOES NOT TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK!Food: 5/5
Sign says open 24 hours but it actually opens at 7 and closes at 12am
Just stopped by there to grab a sandwich, and the girl at the drive thru couldn’t accommodate a simple request. Her attitude was rude and her tone was terrible. After giving the order she says “well I’ll try to remember all of that” when honestly, it’s her job to remember our order or at least write it down. Also, the screen was broken and it was super dark. The location needs to be remodeled. We left and went to another location. The screen worked, we were able to place an order and the service was much better. I don’t think we will be visiting this location anymore.
Bad service , been waiting to get service for 15 mins and there are two young ladies working at this time but don’t even bother to offer service here.
Friendly and patient woman working, apparently without help on Christmas Day. The next man in line wouldn’t stop talking about world peace, the government, living on the ocean, renewable energy from the ocean, and California weed. The woman made his sandwich and listened to him talk at her throughout
Usually gets my orders correct. If not, still edible with items I have on hand at home. ALWAYS CHEAPER to add my extra cheese at home. I can buy an entire package of sliced cheese for what most places charge for "extra cheese"
I truly loved the service! They are always courteous and I get my sandwiches in a timely manner. Their drive-thru speaker doesn't work sometimes but it has never made an impact on the food or the employees that work there. I will continue to go to that Subway for as long as I live on this side of town.
I would have to say that I've either had some of the best service or the exact opposite and some terrible service I guess it's hit or miss foods always just pretty standard they never seem to toast my sub enough though doesn't matter how many times I ask and one night I did have one guy being crazy rude and wouldn't go get me the chips that I wanted. I just let it go and went home with the ones he gave me LOL
It was great. The girl who took our order at the drive-thru, she was very nice and helpful, she made the experience of ordering for five people very easy. Will definitely return to this location.
