Great food, only thing that disappoints sometimes is the speed of getting the food. I use the drive-through every time. Sometimes they're very quick & there's no wait time at all, other times they'll make you pull up & will bring the food out to you but I've waited upwards of 10-15 minutes a few times.Food: 5/5

Their chicken sandwiches are always so damn salty. Been there atleast three times and everytime the sandwich is inedible!! We won’t be going there ever again. The one on bonanza has the best sandwiches even though their customer service isn’t the best. Id rather have tasty food then good customer service any day. Especially at these prices!

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Sat in the drive thru line of about 5 cars for 20 mins. After reaching the window I was asked to wait in the front for my order to be prepared so I did. Literally wait over 20 mins for no one to ever come. Went to knock on the door since it was locked and an employee literally looked at me and walked off without helping. The manager , Debra, finally to the door and said my food had just started getting prepared, then change her story to they threw or gave the food away. Buy the time it was all said and done I waited over an hour for food I never got. The first time I came to this location the charged me for someone else’s family order that was no where close to what I actually ordered and ever after speaking with corporate management the solution was never resolved. employees are walking around on their phones Decided to give them another try since my husband wanted food from here and was just reminded of why I HATE Popeyes. Save your money, don’t come to this location. They are HORRIBLE! Wouldn’t even give me their names when I asked.

If you like the food from this chain it tastes like any other. Drive through is always busy at this location I recommend ordering in advance when possible. The lobby has been closed here for so long. Their excuses is lack of staff so it’s 5 people in the back and everyone is specially for drive thru. The door was open I went to do an order pick up Avery decided to be disrespectful to me and tell tell me he couldn’t help me but he can pick and choose who he did want to help. It was another person there also for an order pick up. He told me to get in the drive thru line that wrapped around the building. But helped the other individual that was also there for the order pick up.

Although the drivethrough wait anytime from 6pm-close is insane, i really feel like the food hits! And the employees are always really nice. Food: 5/5

Worst customer service ever every time ‼ I said my order at the drive-thru and it was repeated back perfectly to me. Then I went up to the cashiers window and read the screen myself and corrected my order. Then after a 16-hour shift and stopping at Popeyes and getting home almost 40 minutes later come to find out that I still have to cook dinner for my daughter because the plain chicken sandwich that I had corrected multiple times with multiple employees for the same order still was incorrect. It had mayo all over it! I have been calling the Popeye's on lake Mead and Civic center for over 40 minutes and not one time did they pick up. This Popeye's closes up early they can never get orders correct and they have the worst attitudes in the world when you are just trying to make sure that your order is right because they never can handle getting a order right. At this point Popeye's is stealing my money and I'm really starting to think it's on purpose because it's the same people that keep messing up the same orders. I have left my phone number on the multiple voicemails this evening because I want my money back and unfortunately because I work 16 hours a day I will not be able to come into the store until 6:00 p.m. tomorrow night. I do not appreciate the lack of customer service, managers as well as cashiers and Cooks not paying attention to the orders and making them incorrectly and wasting my money at this unprofessional establishment. This is literally the worst Popeyes in Las Vegas and now I want to speak so whoever is over the entire store. If they are friends with the women that keep messing up orders then I will follow the chain of command and I need to speak to the manager over the manager for the store. All those women do is talk they never listen and that's why they can't get a order right. This is just gotten to be ridiculous and I'm tired of Popeye's stealing my money now when they could simply listen and put in the order correctly and make sure it is made correctly especially since you have to wait 20 minutes per order every time no matter what time of the day it is. I've been hearing that this Popeye's run so slowly because of covid even after all the covid restrictions were lifted. It is time for someone to step in and give them a refresher course on customer service and completing an order correctly immediately.

I ordered a Popeyes great chicken sandwiches, or so I thought that's what I was ordering. The first chicken sandwich I had was so rubbery you could not chew it. I came to return the old sandwich, the guy made comments that I had eaten half the sandwich before returning it. I told him no, I hate the edges when I went to bite the middle it tastes like rubber and I couldn't eat it. So I made a second trip to Popeye's on Lake Mead replace. Below is a picture of the second sandwich. I think the food server was trying to punish me. Please make sure you look at your food before you leave this particular Popeyes . So disappointed.

Waited over 15 min for food when there was only one person in front of me in drive thru. Nobody but two ppl inside waiting also. Given me the wrong to type of chicken and my kids food was messed up also. If I was a local I would of called or complained but driving thru is what saved this location

We ordered the 12 piece family meal, original with mashed potatoes coleslaw and hajapeno peppers. Everything was perfect only needed a little more gravy. Went to this location because the one on Bonanza had nothing we wanted except coleslaw. Will definitely be back soon.
