I can remember going here in the past and it was packed during lunch time. At 1145 we were the only ones there. We ordered to eat in and I noticed the place had a bad oder. We sat in a booth and it was dirty and the top was sticky. Your arm would stick to it. I checked the other tables and noticed they were the same. Now I know why it’s no longer packed. The sandwich crew was unfriendly and looked like they just came from hanging on the corner. No hellos or goodbyes. Too bad. Looks like we’ll start going to Jerseys Subs now.

Got a notification my order was out for delivery.... going on 50 min. They only deliver a mile radius so what happened to freaky fast. Update: got it a hour after, delivery driver was very rude when I asked if it’s gonna be soggy and he just drove off. As a weekly customer here at this store i will never order here again. Y’all literally just lost a costumer who spends a easy 120 a month.

Stuck at the hotel and am so thankful for my awesome delivery!!! Maybe 15 minutes after pushing the order button on my phone, my delivery guy showed up with my sandwich and snacks for tomorrow! Also, don't forget to tip your driver!!!

Almost every location we've been to for Jimmy John's has been remarkably consistent in terms of quality and taste. This location was no different. Employees were friendly, got our food quickly, and the food was exceptional. It's our favorite sandwich chain.

The staff has been rude each time I've been there. I won't go back just because of that. I don't need to spend my money somewhere they are going to be hateful. I have only been to the location on North Rock Road in Wichita.

Clean store. Staff was friendly. Took a lil longer for my sandwiches and I didn't get cheese on my Billy club .

So I never had Jimmy John's before a couple months ago, honestly I was a die hard subway fan from it being the only sandwich place near Augusta. After moving to town they have done nothing but get every single order correct and delivered in a timely manner. I've work in food, serving and delivery, and it is not fun or exciting work but I don't have a single complaint about the staff. They smile and they are currently working and making our food, you don't have to like the way they look or act but respect them for trying. I would suggest however that you use the app to remove any issue of human error. You then only leave one person to read a screen, I assume, and create it. Easy, done, 15 minutes max. It's 8/10 ordering now actually.

I’ve never been to a slower JJ’s. Also, on the veggie sandwich they added no avocado spread, had to “spread” with my finger. The unwich we received had barely anything on it. Will not come back to this location.

Made mistakes on my order and refused to do anything about it, going so far as to say that there was no chance they could be wrong despite me telling them I had pictures to prove what I was saying. Will never even try to go there again and will tell everyone to avoid in the future
