This location has poor service, is out of one thing or another, and has ridiculously long wait times, every single time. I love Taco Bell and this is the closest location to me, so I come here fairly often. Tonight I ordered ahead in the app, only had 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, and still sat in line for a total of 21 minutes to get 3 tacos, 1 quesadilla, and 1 drink. After tonight I have decided it would be a lot faster to just drive the few extra minutes out of the way to different location from now on.
I used to go to this location all the time to get nasty tacos for my family whenever they really crave Taco Bell until the staff and service has been awful recently. The staff has gotten ruder and seem to not care about the customers or not wanting to be in the establishment. They always close early too, the earliest they closed was about 6pm when I arrived. This location also keeps running out of menu items such as taco shells or every selection of meat. Someone who is operating in the food truck needs to order enough supplies if you want to keep serving customers. Along with the staff needing to fix their attitude. Otherwise other locations in Wichita are the better option.
This place was taking orders before they were open but didnt tell you till you paid for your food that you were going to waiting for them to open. They opened late. They were rude. Had to wait a long time for my food. They were out of every drink I asked for which was 3 different sodas and tea. They gave me regular tacos when I paid for supreme. Very disappointing. Horrible experience, even for taco bell...
It's Awfully convenient That their computers are always down 45 minutes before closing time. Now I have to drive across town in order to get Taco Bell it never fails that the somehow there computer system is always down anytime Between the hours of 11 to 12.
Update: Food poisoning 11/29/22. Messed up my order. They were cool about fixing it, but then I realized the cheese wasn't even melted on my quesadilla. It was a cold crumbly quesadilla. Yuck. The meat in my enchirito tasted like dish water. I won't be returning to this location again. Forgetting that taste is going to take awhile.
Added sour cream to things and was charged for it, but didn't receive it. Drink was more ice than soda, when I did not order extra ice. However the food was fresh and tasty.
The dining room wasn't open, but there was no sign on the door indicating that, so I walked up to the door only to find it locked. I went through the drive-through and got my food. When I got home and started to eat it, I opened my taco, and it was smashed. The food tasted good, but the service was lacking.
Worst customer service ever. I mean, NO customer service. We were completely ignored in the dining room. Tried to use the kiosk to order, but of course, it was dirty and didn’t detect my touch. There was a huge spill on the dining room floor and no one seemed interested in what was happening past the counter. Left w/o ordering
I ordered cheesey potatoes and a potato taco, apparently they ran out of potatoes and did not tell me, and instead just used hash browns. Not the same thing at all. They could have at least informed me and asked if I wanted something different. The Fiesta "potatoes" had no sour cream either on them.
Last night after work me, my family went to taco bell and after we ate my toddler son pooped himself and everyone else wake up sick! So I called the manager and he didn't have anything to say then he hung up on me And we go to the one 21st and amidon we never get sick. And the young lady at the window was just sitting there talking! We waiting for a while for our food and I'm very disappointed!
